I have Updated for better overview... they Change Race B on My Screen a little bit later....
Now its the right Race.. Trial Mountain reverse.

But why the heck do they not give us DYNAMIC WEATHER for the daily races?

Glad its off tbh, rain suddenly appearing would just be god damn annoying imo.

Yeah thats it, differing views. I'm quite happy repeating races as they tbh, but appreciate others feel differently.

To me it just adds too much 'randomness' into it, particularly as races are short anyway. Maybe if they made longer ones.
 
This weeks races are a bit meh!
Race A I like as it a proper rally run.
Race B Trial Mountain again in Gr4
Race C Suzuka in Gr3s are ok I guess. But we had that time trial thing there last week so.... Im looking forward to the mix strategy though.


I stumbled across a live stream over the weekend and I do worry what some of these people are telling the audience in how to race. So at RBR the car behind them was much quicker but just couldn't get close enough at T1, T3 and T4 to make the pass. Car behind managed to get a great run off the last corner and was side by side going into T1. The YTer said on chat ill let them past, and then at T1 the YTer drove the apex and then complained the car overtaking hit them, I left them space and they was a dirty driver. I watched a few more of the race and it was the same thing in majority of the race. The YTer would let the faster cars go by but still drive the apex and then crash. They never used the radar so it was pretty obvious they don't have spacial awareness
 
So i guess race A is permanently wreckfest?!? I really don't understand this. Now people like myself who prefer road cars, which this series is built on, have no race options.

I've really been trying to stay positive with this game as i do love a lot about it, and am confident the rest will get worked out, but, man.....

I do believe being forced to put the game on ps4 seriously messed up the development of this game, and noidea why they didn't push the release date.


But it reallyseems like there is less and less here for me to enjoy as we move forward, not the more and more i expected.


Anyway, race B might be interesting, oh no wait, i don't enjoy the Subaru so i guess no point to that race either....

I did the first two races for the new race A and it was pretty much a demolition derby. Someone else with Mopar in their name tried and failed to wreck everyone including me while he was livestreaming with a mic trying to make me look bad for some reason. I understand that no DR and SR means that it's best to be speculative of everyone, but being dirty first tends to backfire.
I saved the replays and direct footage and may make clips, but his livestream that is way too cussy to post here shows plenty enough. I don't particularly like it when someone makes Mopar look bad.

I guess the No DR/SR fun race has now permanently replaced race A? Lol why :( I do like this type of race but why can't it be an additional option, rather than cannibilising the existing race A

im not sure which system you’re playing on, but on PS5 it feels like there aren’t a ton of players. I think they chose this route to avoid splitting the races any further.

Aside from peak hours, a lot of Race Bs include DR A through C, and like 3 seconds between quali times from first to last. I miss racing road cars but I realize they’ve got to choose between this “Easier than fixing the lobbies” race or having even emptier races.

I'm on PS5 in oceanic/asia region (Aus). It is same as you describe during non-peak hours. Often you'll have a range from A+ all the way to C DR in a daily race during work hours - I would have thought more people go for a lunchtime race while WFH, but the few times I have the lobbies have been wildly mismatched.

In peak though it's much the opposite, usually all extremely well match across the whole grid

May be the BRZ for fuel ecomony.

Not too excited with this week's dailys, but at least they're different. Can't blame PD because I don't like Suzuka. Might try some Bs but we'll see... T1 is going to be a cluster.
 
Seems okay, A is new and be a fun combo and we haven't had a good bash em up rally since late in GTS cycle.

B at Trial Mountain is a track I'm still learning to get the most out of but it should be better as the Gr.4's are far closer now in BOP so they are working on these things.

I'm a bit Suzuka'd out to be honest for race C I would have liked something more interesting but at least it's a driver's circuit rather than set by car, no matter where you qualify it's still going to be a challenge so any car should be able to get a good result with a great drive.

Should be able to. ..

I did one race and came second in the Jag. A Corvette won, half the field were WRXs with a Beetle, another Corvette and 4 BRZs.

I changed tyres, but didn’t need fuel. Could potentially have no stopped.

Yes the jaguar lies and runs well there... I hope to get my steering wheel this week... then I'll be happy to drive there too...


I just had the typical drivers again in Race B.... In turn 3 I was overtaken by an Alfa with the help of physical contact, then got my place back at the start/finish... then turn 3 again, the same game Beginning dives deep late, hits me and can pass... Then I would have had enough in the big right-hand bend before the long straight, I did the same with him a little harder... And after the race he whines and insults me because I would be unfair and he would have overtaken cleanly in the end... I can't believe what I'm writing myself.. but I wish the old punishment system would go back.
