I have every car and about 96m in the bank. Not really much to spend it on so when I get close to max I bank another 20m car from the legendary shop
You raced exceptionally well mate, no comment from me. I’m a tad quicker and that is ok, im not better just find that tiny bit of pace here and there. It was my kids last day at school so treated myself to some seat time before they become a PITA for 2.5 months.
Generally did pretty well, top 5 finishes if I wasn't nerfed off. Had a few races with Glen, one in particular we started P1 and P2 and P3 onward all hit each other after T1 so we circulated alone. I could generally hang with the pasty brit through sectors 1 and 2, close enough anyways but dear lord baby jesus the final sequence of corners he just bloody vanishes every lap. A solid half second to 8 tenths per lap just from the 2nd tunnel exit to the stat/finish, I simply cannot carry the speed he does through that esses complex.
I did manage to get up to Race A after my final race, not sure if that is a good thing or not!
I only chucked in a quick qually lap and it was only good enough for 345th, but racing and race pace really solid.I've had the same Saab wagon for 16 years. I decided to keep it rather than upgrade and instead purchased a mid life crisis sportscar, i mean it was that or a mistress!
You're a touch quicker sector 1 and 2, some corners I am a touch faster but the last bit of the lap you just disappear. I was watching the splits pretty closely and it was nuts the gap you were pulling through the esses.
For the other races, I think we have reverse experiences, in one I got turned around and you won I think, in the others you were bottom 3 by the end so I assume a victim of some sketchy move and I scraped and scratched to top 4 finishes. The last race was outstanding, very, very tidy racing from the boys around me, i will try to post it later.
I'll show you pasty..... 🤣I've had the same Saab wagon for 16 years. I decided to keep it rather than upgrade and instead purchased a mid life crisis sportscar, i mean it was that or a mistress!

Yeah, ...that is exactly why I don't race online (the Daily Races) as much as I'd like to 😞Had an awful day today on Daily B!
The good, I got my QT down to 2:03.6, which was my aim today.
The bad, I took a hit on my safety rating, going from S to A. It's my fault for reacting to a couple of dirty b******s. Been punted about and late breaked off the track to many times today, which is starting to wear thin.
Got to admit, my enthusiasm to play right now has gone down alot. Too many dirty racers and not enough punishment. Might give it a few days break.
Wait... You have origins from Malta? I already rated you about 5X better as a racer and human more than @newmedia_dev but if you have ties to the motherland, that increases to about 10X! 🙃I'm quite pale for a Malteser, I think there's like 1/32nd Scottish or something. I tend to brown in the sun not go red so the arabic/southern Italian thing is strong but baseline colour is pale for the breed.
My mother is from Haz Zebbug, dad from Xahrah, so fully Maltese, hence the link with you as Maltesers with a Saab fetish. My grandparents emigrated to Australia, I was born there and married a CDN girl and find myself still here somewhat reluctantly. All my family, and it is a large one, emigrated to Australia. So a total of 7 uncles and 8 aunts emigrated and there's 31 direct cousins still in OZ. My last name is a town in Malta.Wait... You have origins from Malta? Fun fact, Malta has a population of about 500k with 400k being actual Maltese. There are about 350k 1st and 2nd gen Maltese in Canada and around 800k in Australia! None of which (thankfully) are Glen! 🤣 🤪
Don’t despair, there are good days and bad days racing in dailies, but I’d say the good far far outweigh the bad.Yeah, ...that is exactly why I don't race online (the Daily Races) as much as I'd like to 😞
I tried qualifying for the Daily Races, ...but I'm not quick enough to get on the front row, ...so I start the race mostly in the middle of the pack and therefore, 80% of the time, I get involved in some unnecessary nonsense at Turn 1, which requires me to rejoin the race in last place.
These days, if I do venture to a Daily Race, I won't qualify, and I start at the back of the grid and try to make my way up the placings during the race. This is what I've succumbed to do. Sad, isn't it? 😩
However, I continue to read this Daily Races thread often, as I'm interested and I enjoy reading the online racing stories and learning more about racing in GT7 👍
I AM FROM HAZ ZEBBUG too!!! Bro 💪 😎My mother is from Haz Zebbug, dad from Xahrah, so fully Maltese, hence the link with you as Maltesers with a Saab fetish. Back to matters racing, did anyone give Race C a go this week or not interesting enough?
