FINALLY!! A result!!! This actually shut the door on me falling into the 15k DR 🤦‍♂️ started the week at 28!

I’ve worked out a foolproof strategy so if anyone is struggling with not getting results or getting pushed off follow my guide!

  • Start P2
  • Make an immediate mistake so P3 passes you
  • Look in your review to see P4-P9 in one almighty pile up!
  • drive 14 laps on your own with a 5-8 second gap behind and 10 seconds in front
60% of the time it works everytime!


@Bondwhar looks to me like you were P1 in your own little race there 😂🤦‍♂️ that surely can’t have knocked you back any DR though did it?

Started 14th and the rest of the A drivers were 1/4 of the track away when the “go go go” (as Murray Walker would scream) happened. DR went south but only slightly 🤠
Absolute disaster 🫣🤣

Note to self: Don't turn on PS5 jump straight into an online race and expect good things to happen. (Was going ok until I spun myself out then hit the barrier a lap later. Finished dead last. 😁) @newmedia_dev

Haha but it is just too tempting to see the countdown at 45 seconds and just jump straight in!!! We are all impatient children with our shiny toys after all 😂🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

@newmedia_dev ahhh thanks mate, Jesus you got some DR eh? I’m just back to 26k this Porsche race has been a week saver for me, got my QT down to 1.30.0xx so hopefully the 29 will come.

Nice to see you in race today, fluffed up a bit on the last lap so the distance at the end didn’t tell the whole story 😁

Looking forward to doing some more this weekend

No worries mate the new design is if I’m being honest a bit designer lead not UX lead, but they do them and that’s fine.

Was great racing you earlier even if I did take the cheeky line across your nose ;) but I trusted you :)

It’s a cracking race although I’m falling off a cliff at the moment as I’m knackered and Ill which aren’t great bed mates for consistency.

This week? It's every week, they released the perfect car, even casual can win with such machinery, just slam the throttle full gas in first gear without tc and you don't lose it lmao

I had one of those races in C where I started P12, first lap the cars in front of me all did an impression of skittles through the esses after turn 2, and I found myself P4 😄.

Stayed there until the end too.....

I've spent the week racing against fellow 911 drivers, suddenly everybody's in the BMW!
 
Next week races finally dropped!!!

Gr3 Spa on mediums!!! Race B (hoping it’s gr3 anyhow)

That’ll do me very nicely!

Edit. Porsche again then 🤣

And if you go back to my early post the Beemer is the faster car through the Esses and better on the straight ;)

Yes, I've tried it - faster for me over the first half of the lap, but slower over the second half.

Overall that made for a slower lap for me, but I'll have another go!

Haven't seen one win a race yet, but did see someone get a Viper up to P3.

Yeah I’ve noticed a change as well but my races have gone from the Ferrari to the 911. I’m sticking with the Ferrari as can’t be bothered to learn a new car on top of eveything else going through my head 😂

I’ve just checked the circuit experience and it’s a Gr3 911 so that will be a good bit of practice to get in

EDIT! Just did sector 1 of the CE!!

1. Those Esses feel amazing when you get it right

2. Don’t grow attached to the apex at the last hairpin!!! You won’t be seeing much of it in daily B with all the dive bombers 😂😂

Edit: I haven't unlocked Spa yet. Doing some career stuff. Need book 30 and I'm on 18 or something.

I don’t think you need to unlock it to race it, but unless you were talking circuit experience I’ll just be quiet 😁

Is this race A? I tried it earlier but couldn’t get the hang of it and didn’t want a further DR massacre after race C this week.

Tomorrow is going to be a race B day to build some DR back up.
