This is something I need to remember for myself, I showed up for the racing and I find the economy not that hard but people do care about tickets and credits rather than combos..
I’ve still got 3 or 4 20mil cars to purchase so this would have been a welcome bonus
Really funny the 1000% bonus was obviously only there because they copied the event from last time, where it happened to have a bonus applied. You can tell they really care.

Couldn't rent the 992 and 296 last week either because they copied an event from before they were added.
I noticed too the Porsche not being there, maybe they are too tied up with developing gt8 these things are happening

What’s annoying though is they actually fix them rather than leave them be 😁

@Barney Da Dog must have loads of credits as his garage consists of 1 Gr3 Ferrari and 1 Gr4 Ferrari 😂
I don’t even get the gold credits for the TTs anymore and have 19 unopened tickets

🤣

I almost never take the time to open my tickets and the daily race credits are laughable right. The time trailing moneys are better. But if your intention is to buy every extreme expensive car then I understand you want every source of credit. If a car is a multi-million dollar purchase and it's not something that comes up in dailies regularly I just don't bother buying it, unless I think it is a particularly beautiful car.

Still haven't found the time to race apart from my 1 race on Monday. I think I can get some racing done tomorrow and Friday morning. I want to learn how the fast players take that hard uphill right hander after the long power zone in race C. I can be on the gas as quick as the top players, but only for 50 %. After I feel it is stable I go to 100 %. The top players directly ram it to 100 %, then for a split second drop it to 80 % throttle or something to stabilize, then 100 % again. If I put in 100 % throttle the back of the car spins out, so I need to analyze whether I am not turned in enough or what else could be the issue.

😂😂 you should go on a spending spree!!

I gave up on the tickets after my last two 6 stars were a suspension for a car I don’t have and some other junk 🤷‍♂️
I have nothing to buy, I have all the cars, don’t do much offline racing so no need to tune cars etc.

I know the early game economy can be a bit rubbish but there isn’t a late game economy either 🤷‍♂️

That’s just mental mate, you’ve earned fully twice more money that I have !!

Enjoying Race C with my trustworthy SLS AMG. Winning in this car is real hard but I aim for a top 5 finish.

In this race, the ones You finished in 4th, 5th & 6th places were racing hard against each other (no bumpdrafting) for more than half the race while I kept a safe distance of 2 seconds behind in 6th. Somehow they managed to keep it clean but on the last lap S2 onwards, they got argy-bargy. It was mayhem in S3 & they either touched each other hard enough to go off-track or just have damage to affect the performance.

I was able to escape throuigh this in the final chicane on the last lap to take 3rd. Considering how they were tussling with each other, I preferred to stay back & see the end result. All of them I'm cordial with & I give a bumpdraft when any of them is ahead of me. Just this race, all of these three players kept fighting.

I'll always follow a race strategy that if a player is a bit faster than me, I'll let him through & with the help of his slipstream, I'll keep bumpdrafting him to either catch the cars ahead or create distance from the cars behind. This is what M.Mateka (No Digit) & SammySnake suggest.

BTW, TyrannoCyrusRex has chosen the Jaguar F-Type as the antimeta for Race B. A good choice to counter the superiority of the Supra because of custom slipstream.

Am I in the wrong here?

I feel like this guy wasn’t quite alongside me to claim the inside?

I saw him coming and had to hit the brakes to avoid him, I felt my little bum tap on the way out so I keep the position was well justified?

Thoughts?

I did a few laps at Catalunya after work, man I love the Alpine. 1:56.088 with a 1:55.8 optimal possible.

VR lap following Hollo

Edit it was bugging me so did a couple more laps.

That’s a truly outrageous lap mate! Will study your lap, that’s smooth 😁

Defo dived in there! The clown, I have morphed back to B, but my DR is dying from it and I’m just hanging on to my SR S 😭

I've even started race C to get my SR back.

Edit: and I'll be honest I've done that divebomb before only because I've misjudged the braking point 😂

I've switched back to ABS Weak for the Alpine (had been at Default for a few months), that's how desperate I am to crack the 56s at Catalunya.

The time is there, I just can't hook it up.
You’ll get there but honestly the problem I found east stitching it all together in the same lap.
