Those files you attached are not real svgs, try to open them in https://jakearchibald.github.io/svgomg/
Zooming in they get blurred, that means they're not real svgs.

Do you use inkscape or what other program do you have? Cause I can never get more than 2 layers when i try to make them. It usually messes up for me.
