That's pretty easy to make yourself to be honest. Just gotta get the colors and then take the square decal, put it on the roof, align with camera, ramp up depth and angle and skew it over the whole width of the car. Then rinse and repeat.

If interested editors are out there, I'm sure other people and of course myself would appreciate filling out the hole of late '90s - Early '00s US GT car liveries. Usually from the SCCA Speedvision World Challenge GT Championship. I've already uploaded a few decals for SCCA and Speedvision so that saves a lot of time. I already made the RealTime NSX and Integra Type R.
Last Corvette ZR-1 that raced apparently.
Hikari Racing Supra - One of two Supras that raced. Pretty rare to see Supras racing in the US. Only did 1 season I think. Here's a whole article on the original owner/driver finding and restoring it with plenty of pics. I might do this one myself as it doesn't look too hard.
There were a few Viper GTSs I think. Again, hard to find pics of this stuff.
Looks like there were also some Porsche 911 (993) RSRs (can use the Carrera RS CS in game), some 996 911s. C5 Corvette, Mustangs, E36 BMW etc not in the game yet

I have fond memories of using this livery in Forza Motorsport on Xbox 360. A team on Forza would release a batch of these on the auction house tuned for B and A class every once in a while, they were meta cars on a lot of tracks so they went for a lot of credits. I managed to snag a couple and I loved using them. There was a few different versions but this one sticks out in my mind.
