Well another 150 miles fighting the horrible combination of these new "physics" and the Corolla (people have said that the new physics have lots of front grip - I wholly disagree, as I've noticed that they don't, and they tend to lose grip immediately and suddenly...and then regain it and then lose it again...and that's how you get these impossible yaw undulations mid-corner), and I did at least improve to a 1:40.453.
Originally I bettered my time to. .514 and then spent 30 laps trying to improve on that, and the car started behaving worse and worse. I restarted and got the .514 on my second lap.
Worse, I had a .397...but it was invalid (thanks to the garbage above). And I had two really good laps in the first session that would've easily been in the .3s or .2s...so of course those weren't allowed.
Good riddance.
PD: Fix the physics, and fix the ****ing ghost.
