I'm not going to tell you what to do champ.I will keep trying until the last second, if only i can rest for few days to reset the bad muscle memory 😅. My lap has a potential of .560-570. However sector 2 only happens once in a million laps. Whats funny is that on day 1 i was so good and consistent in sector 2 but now only once in a million laps i get it how i want to lol
But if I can answer your question about bad reflexes, I'd do several short 15-20 minute sessions with breaks rather than long 1hour long sessions for example. That helps me with bad reflexes!
