New one is definitely tougher than the last few have been. I'm still sitting at about 3.40%. I'm really not fond of cars that handle like this - sort of heavy and non-responsive with an incredibly thin margin between "trail braking" and "unrecoverably spinning."

First of all, congratulations on P1!

Thank you for sharing settings. Do you know if these settings works for Thrustmaster wheel too or only Logitech? I think I read somewhere that Thrustmaster overrides steering sensitivity settings regardless what we put or maybe I mixed them up with steering angle?

They would work for your wheel sir. Do try them!

Not P1 any more though, however I did improve to a .7, but the wrong end of it🤣

@ADAM18 Great lap bro, equalled your opening 2 sectors but felt the pressure (and fatigue) during the final sector, which ended up being largely rubbish.

Having a tougher time with this camry than I expected. I can't put a lap together, always make a mistake and bin it, which is fine ifbi had pace but my splits suggest I am right on thr very edge of gold. Same track in the current group 4 daily and my QT is 2pc off the top time and I only did 7 laps, so it feels odd.

Car feels OK until I go from 9 to 10 tenths, then boom I lose it.

I think I can squeeze a little bit more out of this track but I am still satisfied with this time. The consistency throughout the tracks is killing me now but I guess it comes with the age.

I am hoping to have another session tomorrow morning cause I am falling behind this way.......I blame the age too 🤣🤣
 
Man... work has been CRAZY over the past month. Fighting hard to make time to play GT7 even when maybe I shouldn't be :) Don't tell my boss though...

Wanted to respond to @PowerJunkie for a few days and juuuust got a chance to sit down at my computer. Reading messages and "liking" is generally easy to do from my phone, but posting from my phone is another story... I am terrible at typing on a mobile device, and when I'm on my phone, images post as an attachment and are never in-line with the message. Technology! :boggled: Anyhow....

Those are some killer smoke trails... like smoking a few six packs there buddy. Light-em up!

I put a few sessions into the Toyota Crown at Trial Mountain Reverse, and like a nitwit, I went with the Toyota Crown Athlete and not the Safety Car version.

I was drastically off the pace - thinking "why am I so slow coming out of the chicane" and "this thing can't turn worth a ****"). Turns out, the Safety Car version is better, thanks @Manimal for very kindly pointing me in that direction :cheers: It won't be the first (or last) time that I choose the wrong car :lol:

But why even have the regular car as a choice! Why oh PD, why do you do this??!

My first (and only up to this point) session with the safety car is like throwing off a weighted vest running a 5k. Feels light!! Much better handling, less wheel-spin, and (kind of) pleasant (?) to drive.

Let's throw a couple of child car-seats in the back, kids screaming "are we there yet" and Frozen "Let It Go" blaring in the background... I want to make this as realistic as possible to my life :lol:

I went with an anime livery as is becoming my tradition...

Was 76th at the time but this has no doubt been blasted way off the leaderboard :) there's a 2:12 in me somewhere... GT7 gods willing :lol: Will do more session(s) tonight.

Morning folks,

My plan was to sleep a bit longer this morning and afterwards do some laps in the Athlete but that didn't realy work out
Woke up 6 AM feeling not that great so started more early so....

Battling oversteer and anxiety, not realy the best combo though 🤣

Original plan was to keep up a little with the clearly wrong friend I accepted on my leaderboard 🤣🤣 And secure myself for a seat in the Club 12.....well that took forever though but I managed 😁🤪

There is some time left thought but this was enough for today 😅

Hi Guys.

Its been a minute. Lately I've just been getting in a few minutes on the time trials using the controller. Life got in the way big time. Back on the rig this weekend and thoroughly enjoying the Crown at Trial Mountain.

Hoping to get into the 12's if I can just string that sector 3 together. 🤞

Hmm, much more forward progress on the Miata seems to be eluding me - or moreso, all on one lap.

Was only able to better my time by 0.035 seconds, down to a 1:28.699.

But my optimum is only in the .4s, so I'm really not sure what else I'm missing here.

Howdy fellas,

thanks to @half_sourly his motivational entry on my personal leaderboard I had to run again....and boy did I struggle to find any time today, I can see a tenth happening if all goes perfect, but I doubt......cause it didn't until now... but to be honest it felt like quite a descent lap, not all apexes were hit, but it wasn't a bad lap....

The bad new is that i realy have no clue how you guys run .6xx here, I just have no idea how to find 2 tenths here 🤔🤣

Happy with this lap! First .9xx at split 2, and probably in my top 5 best passes through the final sector.
