Most fortunate unexpected lap I've ever driven, I clocked 8 miles in this session prior to the start of this lap, and most of it was just junk driving.

Then out of nowhere I absolutely annihilated turn 1 and purpled sector 1 by over a TENTH! I even looked at the split which normally ends bad for me If there's a corner immediately after, I lost a bit of time during turn 2 because of that, just ran slightly deep and had to wait for the car to turn before getting on the power.

Super thrilled to eclipse Calster who is an absolute beast at RBR. Cheers and happy weekend🍻

This LeMans TT it`s harder than usaul becuase top players are competing one each other this time, so that the gold came with 2,84% by now, higher the my avg, and I couldn`t reach this time with any car than Porsche 963, and I don`t know explain why, because I felt all the 4 cars very good to drive! But I know what to do to improve with Porsche, the problem is the track limits. This is a difficullt part from this circuit, and the worst thing is get penalty in last left cruve from Porsche curves and lost 3 min of try. This is the curve I`m losing a lot of time because when I do the 1st and 2nd good sectors, I`m being too much conservative in this curve. Maybe I`ll do one last try to improve this weekend.
About the cars, what beautiful work PD always do when put car in the game. Fabulous visuals with VR and sound nuances, mainly from Ferrari and Peugeot. You can hear every single sound effect from engine noise, pops from exhaust, transmission whiny, electric motor noises accelrating and recharging. Good Job Kaz team!

Ah yes, another Gr3 Spa event where I'll lose 1 second in sector 2 and be 2 seconds off the pace at the end of the lap :D
Ah yes, Sector 2 at Spa, one of my most formidable nemesis. I usually lose at least a second there. 😒
If I drive my best sectors it looks like I could get into the 1:31.5xx but the inconsistency’s my middle name. Anyway, I still have to be happy with this time.
Dude!! Killer lap!

Whoa!! I will be racing that ghost later. So close to #1, gonna go for it??

Mixed week for me in the last TTs, really enjoyed the deep forest reverse as I love that track more than the correct way, also the car was great to drive and a real challenge, just managed to hold a gold time 😁

Le Mans, my time a tenth outside of the bronze time 😱 I left that there, those new endurance cars were shaming my arms to death on the straight and I could be bothering with too much set up changes,

Looking forward to the RBR

Hell no, I wouldn't be caught dead chasing the P1 time, I'm 1.38 tenths off, realistically that's not really close. Yukkuri has clocked many miles on this combo and he has the deserved P1 time. Check out his form at turn 2 👌.
I raced against yours, loved it. Almost cracked into the 31s. Try again tomorrow. Still playing around with csa, abs, and wheels.

After a week away, I had another go at the Le Sarthe TT - and immediately beat my previous time to edge into silver territory.

I'm surprised that everyone seems to be sticking to the Porsche 963 - even in my Friends Rankings, everyone is using the 963... but I'm consistently (and noticably) quicker in the Toyota GR010... after getting into silvers with the 963, I switched to the Toyota and immediately beat my 963 time by over 1s. My optimal time is almost 2s quicker than my 963 optimal, hence why I'm wondering why more people aren't going with the GR010.

A lot harder to get a bronze than most online time trials. Guessing I'm just not as good handling hypercars- my best was a 3:47, 6 seconds off the pace...
I'm still 3.XX seconds off the top time, so high-downforce cars are things I tend to more try and manage versus really excel with, but what I can say is: a lot of it has to do with actually slowing down too much. It's counter-intuitive and really hard to tell your brain to do the opposite of what makes sense in a car without a million pounds of downforce, but the faster you go, the less it'll understeer. Obviously, it's a balance - you can't just not brake at all, but you need to carry speed in order for downforce to still be there to turn, otherwise the car'll just understeer.

They don't really like trail-braking, either, since they have some fairly large brakes. In most cases: do your braking (not as much as normally makes sense), let it roll until you can "feel" it's going to make the turn, and then get on it, and it should stick and go round.

Have you watched @Tidgney's video? Always-excellent brake markers, but also you can watch his braking inputs and you'll see what I mean. It's a lot of brain-retraining, always takes me a while to figure out.

Also, do you have any driver aids on? If ASM is on, definitely turn that off and turn CSA on Strong. TC definitely is killing time here, but TC1 can get your a solid, successful lap. Anything more than that I think will kill far too much time (with CSA on, TC can be lower or off - just watch throttle input going through the Corvette curve - it tends to spin the car at full throttle).

Due to work commitments, I haven’t had time to put in the mileage that I usually do, but still enjoying every bit of time I get to drive and race! Quite happy with these times given limited runs and practice sessions☺ interestingly, most assists are not allowed with the Mercedes, only TC can be activated once you’re in the circuit. Not sure if I’ve encountered that in a special event like this before.

@MP81 advice is great. I can add that if you just take a few turns you’re struggling with, look at the top replays and try to match their speed in those turns. Write down the minimum speed thru the apex and do your best to match that in your practice runs. You’ll find that group one cars tend to handle better the faster you can push them thru the apex.

Decided to put some more effort into Le Mans... After thinking my prior best was some sort of one-off magic lap, I've found over a tenth and see a path to a few more. Exiting the Dunlop chicane is still maddening, but also stubbornly TCS 0 so only myself to blame  - would really like to get into the 24's but not sure whether that's going to be possible with my skill level (and heavy right foot). Also went back and had another go at the Merc event at Spa and picked up a couple of tenths with a couple left on the table.

3:27.0 - 4,5 tenths and a secure gold found. Found approaches in some trickier corners that were both more consistent and faster than in previous attempts, so it's satisfying to see them adding up to a reasonably healthy margin over the gold cutoff.

Theoretical best lap decreased down to a 26.6, but am happy to leave this as the final result for Le Mans.

Game wasn't impressed though and only gave me a 5k credits reward from the daily ticket cashed in afterwards, boo.

Is it possible on the website to look through all the pages of results not just the top 100? I'd like to see how many people are entering these days.

Happy Father’s Day to those who it applies to. Was left to my own devices for a little while today so decided to have a serious crack at Le Mans. Warmed up with a few power pack events, threw on a new livery and then set to it.

Many swear words later and I managed to knock off three quarters of a second from my prior best. Despite the effort I lost time in three places - wheelspin out of Mulsanne, ran too deep into Arnage, and then just to finish the lap off, a bit of a tank slapper out of the Ford Chicane. So in theory there’s more time, but I’ve hit my personal goal and there’s other things to spend my time doing. Good luck to those still grinding this.

Happy Fathers Day 2026, too, man.

Woohoo!!! Made into the 31 club with a top 100 run.🏁 Still have some time left on the track, mainly S1. So, going to keep trying.
Did a 3 lap dash at Spa, tons of time to find there. Uhhhgggg.
Trying to decide to go back to LeMans. 🤔

2:15 lap at Spa Francorchamps is a very good lap time indeed.

I'm so glad that when I get back from vacation, I'll be behind by not one but two TTs...again.

They always seem to align with when I'm on or going on vacation, annoyingly...

...like they're spying on me...

Good TTs this week. Finally coming back to low 2% range from gold.

Redbull ring it`s easy because the car has a lot of grip and it`s fun to drive. Excellent breaks for a road car good traction in corner exits. I missed the apex in T5 before the 3rd straight in this best lap, losing 0,2 s from optimum lap, but it`s good for now.

Mercedes AMG challenge it`s a pleasure TT. One of my favourite tracks, so helps a lot. Driving the Mercedes with RS tyres it`s sublime. There is more room to improve, but I`m happy being below 2% from gold.

Glad my ghost helped you crack into the 31's mate!! Top effort!

Thats a great lap time!
Thanks sir, I won't win the TT, but there's a chance I might win fastest ever sector 1 time (908). Next best sector 1 I've seen is from Akagi, a 923.

Means nothing obviously but kinda cool!
