Ah yes, Sector 2 at Spa, one of my most formidable nemesis. I usually lose at least a second there. 😒Ah yes, another Gr3 Spa event where I'll lose 1 second in sector 2 and be 2 seconds off the pace at the end of the lap![]()
Dude!! Killer lap!If I drive my best sectors it looks like I could get into the 1:31.5xx but the inconsistency’s my middle name. Anyway, I still have to be happy with this time.
Whoa!! I will be racing that ghost later. So close to #1, gonna go for it??Most fortunate unexpected lap I've ever driven, I clocked 8 miles in this session prior to the start of this lap, and most of it was just junk driving.
Then out of nowhere I absolutely annihilated turn 1 and purpled sector 1 by over a TENTH! I even looked at the split which normally ends bad for me If there's a corner immediately after, I lost a bit of time during turn 2 because of that, just ran slightly deep and had to wait for the car to turn before getting on the power.
Super thrilled to eclipse Calster who is an absolute beast at RBR. Cheers and happy weekend🍻
Hell no, I wouldn't be caught dead chasing the P1 time, I'm 1.38 tenths off, realistically that's not really close. Yukkuri has clocked many miles on this combo and he has the deserved P1 time. Check out his form at turn 2 👌.Whoa!! I will be racing that ghost later. So close to #1, gonna go for it??
I raced against yours, loved it. Almost cracked into the 31s. Try again tomorrow. Still playing around with csa, abs, and wheels.Hell no, I wouldn't be caught dead chasing the P1 time, I'm 1.38 tenths off, realistically that's not really close. I'm still 3.XX seconds off the top time, so high-downforce cars are things I tend to more try and manage versus really excel with, but what I can say is: a lot of it has to do with actually slowing down too much. It's counter-intuitive and really hard to tell your brain to do the opposite of what makes sense in a car without a million pounds of downforce, but the faster you go, the less it'll understeer. Obviously, it's a balance - you can't just not brake at all, but you need to carry speed in order for downforce to still be there to turn, otherwise the car'll just understeer.A lot harder to get a bronze than most online time trials. Guessing I'm just not as good handling hypercars- my best was a 3:47, 6 seconds off the pace...
@MP81 advice is great. I can add that if you just take a few turns you’re struggling with, look at the top replays and try to match their speed in those turns. Write down the minimum speed thru the apex and do your best to match that in your practice runs. You’ll find that group one cars tend to handle better the faster you can push them thru the apex.A lot harder to get a bronze than most online time trials. You need to sign in first. Is it possible on the website to look through all the pages of results not just the top 100? I'd like to see how many people are entering these days.
@Jordan. That title is just perfect 👌This is the discussion thread for an article on GTPlanet:

Happy Fathers Day 2026, too, man.Happy Father’s Day to those who it applies to. Was left to my own devices for a little while today so decided to have a serious crack at Le Mans. Warmed up with a few power pack events, threw on a new livery and then set to it.
Many swear words later and I managed to knock off three quarters of a second from my prior best. Despite the effort I lost time in three places - wheelspin out of Mulsanne, ran too deep into Arnage, and then just to finish the lap off, a bit of a tank slapper out of the Ford Chicane. So in theory there’s more time, but I’ve hit my personal goal and there’s other things to spend my time doing. Good luck to those still grinding this.

2:15 lap at Spa Francorchamps is a very good lap time indeed.Woohoo!!! Made into the 31 club with a top 100 run.🏁 Still have some time left on the track, mainly S1. So, going to keep trying.
Did a 3 lap dash at Spa, tons of time to find there. Uhhhgggg.
Trying to decide to go back to LeMans. 🤔

Thanks sir, I won't win the TT, but there's a chance I might win fastest ever sector 1 time (908). Next best sector 1 I've seen is from Akagi, a 923.Thats a great lap time!
