GT7 paint codes

Looks like the GT7 paint codes are not compatible with GT sport. I 've tried to use my personal colour codes from GT Sport but they end up as a totally different color in GT7. Does anybody know how to convert hex codes to GT7 paint codes?

The first setting is a scale of 100 in GTS and 360 in GT7, so multiply your first number by 3.6
