GT7 PS5 vs PS5 Pro

For those who have both, is the upgrade worth it? I have the OG PS5 with a disc and was thinking of upgrading to the Pro but I don't know if the expense is worth it. GT7 looks great on a base model PS5 in 4K.

Thank you for that and something I was looking for. Nope not worth the extra money.

if i had the extra to spend id for sure get the pro although i think they rip us on the price and the extras we must buy. from videos in 4khd ive seen it really looks much better imo. the light refections are very nice.

If it would be your first ps5, Id say get the Pro ...IF you have a tv or monitor capable of 4k 120hz. I played GT7 on both, side by side, in bumper cam view, on a LG Evo C4 OLED ( until my son took my OG PS5). I could tell the difference...maybe a few % better graphical detail. The next corner / apex would come into focus just a little sooner but it's really had to tell. The frame rate is more stable and smother, but again it's hard to really see the difference. In my opinion it's not worth upgrading unless you have money to throw away lol.

I should add that my goal was to improve frame rate and have the next corner come into focus on the screen quicker. The best settings for me ended up being 120hz on, Prioritize RT / Resolution, PSSR disabled, and using VRR.
