Edit: The text didn't render properly in Inkscape so I had to get rid of the formatting. Let me know if it doesn't look correct and I'll adjust it.

I've had another go at this one as I think the bottom text should have been more compressed. The text formatting didn't render propertly when I imported your file into Inkscape, but I'm guessing it should look more like this one. Let me know if it needs adjusting.

The image was a little pixelated to copy from, so I found another and made it using that I made a straight and angled version
