WTC600 was another opportunity to pull my trusty old shiny and black R32 out of the garage, it's not getting much use these days but it's my "signature car" if there's ever been any. The specs are nothing to write home about - basically stock Nismo S-Tune with a Group A gearbox and a beefed up suspension but still, 400 bhp in a 1400 kg car really isn't anything special. How it makes use of them, however, is. Needed a couple of tries because the blue Supra just about reversed into me in the first corner.

First of all, congrats ! A bloody good final lap, well done. And a pleasure to watch ( except you killing that final pillar maybe baby  ).
What I'd like to know is whether you can tune that car to around 700 PP ? ... and run the St. Croix race with it ? If possible, would you do me the favor for a comparison ?
Asking because I'm still on the search for competitive GT-Rs that I really like, there aren't too many. I've now found a second one besides the KPGC10, an LS7 swapped 17 Premium model, but I've no clue whether the car's useful or not.

June – Week 1

What a mad week! All the races were not easy for me. I used:
Gamepad | Automatic transmission | Race Difficulty – Hard | TCS 1

#5 | Neo-Classic Competition | Fuji International Raceway
McLaren MP4/4 '88 | PP 800 | RM>IM tyres | FM 4 | 1 pit

“Wait For The Rain”. As usual, I started with the most difficult race. After many attempts, I finally got rainy weather. I found out which lap it was going to rain on, and then I restarted the race and changed the tyres to IM ones in advance. This is the only way I was able to win this race on a hard difficulty.

#4 | World Touring Car 600 | Nürburgring GP
Nissan R32 GT-R V-spec II ‘94 | PP 600 | SS tyres | NOS

“Try to leave Haywood behind”. Another wild race. Again, I spent a lot of time trying to overtake Haywood until he came out on top. I cut corners wherever I could and used NOS. In general, I played dishonestly in a dishonest race.

#3 | Nissan GT-R Cup | Circuit de Sainte-Croix - A
Nismo 400R ‘95 | PP 700 | SS tyres

They decided to torture us with this Sainte-Croix! I'm generally not against this track, but not every week. Anyway, it was a respite after two crazy races.

#2 | Special Race – Renault Capture – One Make | Tsukuba Circuit
Renault Captur S Edition '21 | PP 400 | RS tyres

And even this seemingly simple race I didn't manage to win the first time. But on a fully charged Renault, I did it.

#1 | Japanese FF Challenge 450 | Suzuka Circuit East Course
Mitsubishi FTO GP Version R ‘97| PP 450 | SS tyres

FTO was fast enough to quickly outrun all the bots. The race was pretty easy.

What kind of CRB can we talk about in such a crazy week?

I got Porsche VGT Spyder for the 6-star roulette ticket.

Well, now let's wait for the fantastic update on Thursday.

Bold to assume I hadn't done just that already. :P Many of you have seen this car in action before, I drove it back when we had the Nürburgring weekly special with GT-Rs. And yes the livery is a deliberately "wrong" one, not a Calsonic GT-R but an adaptation the original Gran Turismo racing modification.

The older the bolder, didn't you know ?

The same race, two different drivers, two different cars, the same result.

Assuming you damn well know how to get a car up to speed and that you didn't snail race for the fun of it, I think I won't have to put my car into the trash can any time soon. Glad I found it.

Thanks for sharing your run !

I got some work to do today at the livery editor, so before the next update arrives tomorrow I wanted to finish this week's challenges with two bye-bye runs at St. Croix with my two favorite Nissans. They're both engine-swapped, both came on SS tires, the old Skyline at 666 PP and the 2017 version at 699 PP.

Looking forward to the new toys, especially the Porsche safety-car ... Let it roll, guys !

The week that was...

Suzuka | Japanese FF Challenge 450 | Stock Honda N-ONE RS '22 with SH tires

More than 100PP under the suggested PP made this stock car challenge more rewarding when I finally crossed over the line in first with a CRB. 🏁

Tsukuba | Renault Captur - One-Make | Completely Stock

I didn't think the Capture could win this race straight off the showroom floor but I think I've raced Tsukuba more than any other track in this game. Best short track ever imo.

Sainte-Croix | Nissan GT-R Cup | Stock R34 GT-R V·spec II Nür '02 with SM Tires

I spent all week on this race. 3hrs every day for 5 days straight. At 150+ under the 700 PP cap I knew I some work ahead of me.
I kept getting really close to a win but always got overtaken after the last corner as they top two opponents got past me.

But eventually after a killer last lap battle with Estavez I defended my position well enough to hinder the overtake but by that time Tanaka in P3 had caught up and was fit to overtake. I crossed over the line with a 0.015 win. Phew.

Nürb GP | World Touring Car 600 | Stock Lexus LFA '10

This was my last race for the week. The GTR event chewed all my time so I missed the last race and the big ticket.
But the stock Lexus at Nürb GP was fun and challenging. That car is mental.

The Le Mans race is a snoozefest.

695 HP to simulate "Hyperpole" specs with 700/900 downforce. ABS is also turned OFF.

Fuel Map 1 on Medium tires. Short shift at 7.5k rpm. Even picked up penalties along the way. Pit at Lap 6 to refuel and fresh Softs.

Will just use the base LM55 to quickly get it over with tomorrow.

Pretty sure you have heard of Jollibee. You should try out their Chickenjoy.

Forgot to ask: Is the Mission Challenge solely with the Peugeot 9X8 or can any of the hypercars be used?

Looks like it’s Peugeot exclusive, so I assume solely with a provided 9X8. One Lap Magic is usually single manufacturer missions.

Correct, and there's an RCZ in the event tile.
