Starting a thread for people searching for vehicles. I am looking for a PCJ 600 motorbike, anybody know where i can find one?

Thanks

Brucie's first or second car-stealing e-mail is for a PCJ, if you want one that badly.

Has anyone figured out a way to get one of those Dodge Charger-like "FIB" cars besides Peggorino's mission?

If you're talking about the cars I'm thinking of:

Get 4 or 5 stars, get out of the car you're driving then gun it for the nearest FIB car.

Or you can get 4 or 5 stars, then kill anything you see, which will probably lead you to getting 6 stars, and stroll past the corpses smiling as you steal their cars.

They're quite tricky to get, but a smooth way to instantly get 4 stars is to go to the airport and go near one of the jumbojets.

Motorbikes seem to be rare on the streets, and most of them are those crappy Freeway choppers. I think PCJs and NRGs seem to be more likely to appear if you're in a sports car like a Turismo or Infernus, but I'm not really sure of that.

You can do what Fabio said, or you can cheat and spawn one. The only downside is that it says you cheated. Has no effect on achievements.

I still haven't driven the Lamborghini style car yet with the gull wing doors.

my friend told me that he went to some out in the countryside, beside some beatend up house is a nice mint condition bmw, i found that ironic haha

I succusfully stole a noose patriot, which is harder than it appears.. The intial get the heat then find one then get out, kill enough cops to have a clear run for it took a while.. Once in though it wasnt to hard even with the left front and left rear tyres running on rims.. Loosing at the time 4 starts wasnt to hard. Now i want to get the F.I.B charger but think i need a proper game plan at a proper spot to pull that off somehow...

That's the Sultan GT, and it's not a Beemer, it's based on an Altezza/Lexus IS, and a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 4/5/6.

Incidentally, have people seen the beaten up cars driving around the streets? They're all rusty and backfire when changing gear sometimes :P There's one always parked at the far left hand side of the map near the bottom, opposite that beached tanker ship.

however you can find perfectly mint versions of the same cars also driving around, I find the beater versions cooler though

They also are different cars I realized. I cheated at first just so I could get a could look at it and drove it around awhile. Then got one legitimately and the real one the one you get legitimately I swear handles much much better but i'm not sure about speed. It could be just me but it wouldn't be very surprising if the cheated car was lesser.

If anyone needs an NRG 900 (very useful for stunt jumps and general speed) you can steal one from the dealer in Alderney (it's across the street from the parking garage.) You get one star when you get on it, but it's very easy to outrun the cops in a bike like that. ;)

For anyone after a Futo GT, I was pointed to a location...

They spawn relatively easily around the top of the Downrock Loop/Flanger Street at the top of Bohan. Just wait for them there. They are instantly recgonizeable with the Carbon Fibre hood and rear spoiler (though I believe they can be without the spoiler). Once I got one to spawn pretty much as soon as I arrived there. Worst took about 5 minutes or so.

It probably my imagination but they seem to handle better than the standard model. They say Futo when you get in them, but they have a GT badge on the front grille. They normally seem to appear in red, but they can be resprayed to any Futo colour.

That place also seems to be good for getting a Hakumai (with or without a rear spoiler).

I was in a shootout with the cops when a FIB buffalo pulled up. As it was coming to a stop someone shot the driver in the head, he gunned it as everyone else bailed out. I jumped into the cop car i was hiding in and followed him down the road until he crashed into a tree. All the cops were back where i was having the shootout, i pulled the dead FIB guy out of the car and it was mine :)

For those that don't know, there is an unlocked Turismo available from Day 1. It is in a last but one driveway on the right down the road through the open barriers, to the east of the Amusement Park. Last right if you take a left at the bottom from the Safehouse. The road is called Shinnecock Avenue.

I think the best way to find vehicles, such as the Infernus and Super GT, is to take a Turismo, then organize a street race with Brucie. Usually if your race opponents are using supercars, you will likely find Comets, Super GT's (etc) while driving to the race. 👍

That's pretty much how I found nearly all of my first supercars.

I got my second infernus with that way as jacoja said above. I lost my first infernus (garage crash during savegame)
anyway it's the best way but you have to be patient because no matter what car you drive race order is totally random. I did more than 10 races to get the lineup with infernus. And you dont even have to go to the start of race because if you want to race then the game publishes the cars in the race list to the city traffic;)

I must say that Sultan RS is a ridiculously fast car. I have an all black one and it's smexy.

I find this car pretty lame really. It handles like hell, only good thing about it is the BOV noise when you shift.

Actually, if you handbrake it sideways and drive it like a rally car it really shoots through the turns. Regular handling is pretty poor though.

Thats really the only way to get a car to go through turns in IV:lol:

Use the Blista Compact. (Honda Civic) that little sucker runs quik. Handles good and its pretty fast.
