So I bought the Tug today with some of the crazy money I got yesterday & I know you can upgrade the speed but am I correct that the speed boost only applies to crate missions and the Tug is no faster than usual in freemode?

You can upgrade the Tug?! Now Broughy doesn't have an excuse to test it!

Anyone know what the fastest motorcycle is? I'm trying to see how the Cliffhanger compares to everything else.

it's the Nagasaki BF400 at 180 (about as fast, if not faster than the 811).

I meant by literal top speed. @SkyArkz23 has the right idea.

I've managed 150mph with the Cliffhanger on a relatively flat road. Anyone else do better?

Are you using the in game speedometers for that, because those are innacurate

Probably that it's done from a Top Speed event, or you use mods that show an accurate speedometer... which is something only on the PC version.

There is chat of weapon re-balancing over on GTAF, some claiming shotguns have been nerfed and that the Musket no longer offers 1 hit kills.

What will the Musket be useful for, if you have the longest reload in the game, but can't kill someone in one shot? You CAN'T switch weapons during the reload animation.

it means its only fair if everyone is limited to using only that gun in certain game modes. I kinda think it was a novelty weapon thrown in for the independence weekend - wasn't ever considered a serious weapon for competitive game modes, just for insulting player who were killed by it.
Thing is, if you get close to somebody it makes more sense to melee attack them as its a one hit - if you keep punching them they stagger too.

The Musket never killed in one shot to begin with.

The person you shot probably wasn't at full health then. The Musket simply doesn't have do enough damage to kill a player (regardless of level or range) in one shot.

I am 100% sure that it is

The musket only does 165 damage per shot. A level 1 player has 238 health. The only way to get a OHK from full health is to either get a headshot, or by using a damage multiplier (bullshark, deathmatch bonuses, etc).

It must have been nerfed, then. Because back when it first came out it had its own death match, and it was always 1 shots.

I know for a fact that in free roam, it never OHK'd a player with a chest shot. I've had it since the day it came out and immediately stopped using it because of this.

As for the deathmatch, I have no idea what's going on there. Are you sure these weren't headshots?
