Something I'm a little concerned about right now is this supposed sale on properties. I am trying to buy the Pac-Stan apartment, but it's showing the normal price, not the discount. Yesterday, it was discounted, and shows an icon indicating it's on sale, but today it's full-price. What gives?

I bought it full price a week before it went on sale.

I figured that it would be perfect for me if I trade in a 10-car garage in bumble**** nowhere for this new apartment on sale, then it's essentially free.

That feeling when a GTPL member is hosting the stunt races (in this case @Flash_Sweden) and you go on a decent run of races with catchup turned off. :sly:

I have had an expensive weekend. Bought the PacStan-apartment, a stilt house (almost neighbor with Franklin) and a yacht. So now I'm down to just over $17 millions :nervous::lol:;)
 
After grinding enough cash from Special Cargo missions and thanks to Rockstar for putting up the discounts I now finally have my own Yacht! :D

I've been dying to get a yacht. Since I never had the audacity to grind non stop on missions to make enough money for one and didn't had anyone who's on all day on GTA Online to do heists with, I never bothered getting one as it would be too time consuming. I had plans on getting a yacht this month by grinding cash from special cargo missions and now thanks to the discounts, I manage to get the job done a lot quicker.

I'm really happy now. I know Rockstar has done a discount before for the yachts but it was only for the Orion and I was mainly aiming for the Aquarius *The most expensive one which is the yacht that I have right now.* Now with the yachts finally out of the way, next up is saving up money for the next update. ;)

Do the piracy prevention glitch. $30,000 every ten minutes.

Disclaimer. Send friend invite to be bodyguard. At the same time he accepts start piracy prevention.

After it's over. Go to creator and have him send you a game invite to his lobby.

After you join you can start piracy prevention again.

Might as well have mentioned this.Since,everyone was talking about the character swap trick to get glitched money.

Speaking about glitches, a warning to everyone who's doing the new premium race. There has been reports on the news wire post about the event of a new glitch where people are allowed to bring in RE-7Bs or any other car to the race despite the race being restricted to only the Banshee 900R. Hope Rockstar hotfixes this soon.
 
What is the fastest stock Supercar at the moment? I was in a stunt race last night with custom vehicles off. Thinking the RE-7B is the fastest car in the game, I chose it, but was completely unable to keep up with the leader in an X80. Despite catchup being enabled, we were never close to each other. I ended up finishing in third after falling off a straight section like an idiot.

I would always go with the 7B if custom is off. I wish Broughy would do this testing rather than 'fastest cars off the street' nonsense.

i learned that the hard way today...I quit since half the people had re-7b's in the race
 
Bought the Pac-Stan apartment and traded my old garage (1623 South Shambles St) for it, with the sale price ($63,000). Only had to pay $10,500. :D

EDIT: I'm dying for some different missions for cash. Grinding Trash Talk all the time has become mind-numbing. Never trusting randoms for heist missions ever again. Learned my lesson the hard way. Would anyone be able to host some heist missions on thursday or friday around 2:00 PM EST on PS4? I have a mic ready to use.

I might be around on Friday. Depends on what I'll be doing, though. School work has been an absolute nightmare my first few weeks of college, but I'll see if I can set some time aside. We can do some VIP stuff aswell, if you're interested.

I logged in before going to work this morning, and all discounts on properties are gone. I'm just glad I bought the things I "needed" in time.

I tried this last night and it worked. After the 5th time Piracy Prevention had a 1 hour cooldown. It's a boring way to earn money but it is super easy and nets you $30k every 10 mins.
 
Didn't see any messages like that today, but I hope everyone over 135 is getting it. I'm rank 219 on my main character and 36 on the other.
