Guessing Tuesday the 14th something will happen. Hopefully heists or Casino but probably just an update. Most of us have learned to set our expectations low.

I got an email regarding the next update. It will get rid of the gifted money. That's part of the update. There's a pretty good chance that the heist will be bundled with it. I had asked R* if they could do that. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one to ask for that.

Still very angry that Rockstar did not alert us about this truck disappearing, thus alot of people lost this truck before they could sell it. R.I.P. Rat-Loader I'll miss you. Crossing my fingers that I can track+insure you again after 1.09. :O

Where exactly is it? I always found Blazers.
 
Occasionally it will pop up near the Last Team Standing in Sandy Shores, down the street from the Ammu-Nation.
 
Martin is starting to annoy me... I have requested and done 23 missions in a row... I got "glitch able " missions twice... Both resulted in hovering over the appropriate area until the cutscenes automatically started even without touching the ground.. I ranked up from 51 to 53....Not cool,Martin... Not cool at all! I have since ranked up to 55 just doing the other missions.

Currently posting this in the hospital after I passed out reading this. Nah just joking. I'll be building maxxed-out Rat-Loaders for anyone interested. 👍

BTW, here's my email from R*.

We have deployed several hotfixes to prevent this type of activity, and will be adding further cheat protection in future Title Updates as well. Players who willingly cheated to create this illegitimate influx of in-game currency have been separated out from the rest of the population and we are continuing to monitor for suspicious activity. If you were the unwilling recipient of an impossibly large amount of GTA$, you do not need to worry about us taking action against your account. However, please be aware that we will be making community-wide automatic adjustments to players’ account balances to remove the modded money.
 
I didn't get the Rat Loader response.

1) Is it going to be storable in the future, but only for a limited period of time and with free mods?
2) Is it going to be storable in the future, permanently, and mods will be free for a limited period of time?

I sure hope it's the latter.

Also, what does "in the future" mean? We want it now! (1.09)

Good thing that the Rat Loader is back, although I prefer the Dune Loader.

So, I found this reply to a Rockstar Support tweet saying how to send a request/ticket to them for a bug or issue:

I have a pretty good feeling that this has happened to EVERYONE that asked R* about the Rat Loader or anything else, for that matter.
 
I just hope no action will be taken against people who have modded their offline save file...I have North Yankton cars on mine.

Call Lester too since he got also some glitch missions :)

When you got it how it's done right you get fast lv up. I helped yesterday one guy from LV6 to LV40 :)
 
It's a good thing that I got both my hardtop Banshee and Coquette before my money is removed... it's going to be a pain trying to get the model I want without expendable cash. :p

By the way, does anyone want to do something really stupid? I'm talking about 'Wacky Races' round the redwood lights track. No winners or losers, just bring the least raceworthy vehicle you can buy/find/steal and do hotlaps with other people. Yes, Rhino tanks and grounded Dusters are welcome.

I might grab a Rat Loader myself during this period. Hopefully they can win back the trust of players they've greatly annoyed. Still miss my lawnmower though, but a drag truck will suffice
