I don't think it'll be months from now. There's new content added at least every month, so I'd say next month is more than likely to have the heist available.
 
While it is a little disappointing to take this long, I would rather they take their time and do it right. Hopefully the longer they take, the less buggy it will be once finally launched. We all know how rough the online was when it first launched, we really do not want to go through that again with heists.

Christ, did they cut the mission payouts again? I just got a pitiful $750 from the 'deliver the pink Zion' mission, which is admittedly easy as heck (I did it without even being spotted by the cops, on hard difficulty, as I drove past the impound lot) but I remember getting at least $1000 from it previously.

I would. I'll need to do it on my Level 68 character due to better weaponry there.

Martin and Lester are best guys to pay you big money, Something around 10-18k :)

I don't know if this was added or if it is glitch, but I can walk under water, I haven't play GTA now in few months. So I don't know.

I did this a while ago. Very weird, and somewhat terrifying when you went deep. I know there's absolutely no animals online, but it was so dark underwater with almost no sound. I kept thinking a monster was going to come out of nowhere and kill me. I was quite startled when I was teleported back to land after straying too far from the coast. One second, you're in pitch black with no sound, to immediately showing up on the shore, waves crashing, and under the pale blue light of the moon.

You get paid less after the first time.

The way it happened for me was as follows:

I was hanging out with several friends including @ZDUPH. We were along the east coast on the northern half of the map. I forget what happened to ZDUPH, but he somehow ended up underwater. He started saying that he was underwater and walking around. I ran after him into and ended up where he was.

I think there's two other known locations for having this glitch: The small pond near the top of Mount Gordo and somewhere around the dam. Go there at your own risk. I'm not sure if they definitely work.
 
There was something I had did a couple of days ago that I forgot to mention. I managed to blow up someone's tank with two bullets of my Heavy Sniper. It was a "blast". :lol:

I also did it from Vinewood Hills, while the tank was downtown. Hehehe.... :gtpflag:

I was away from my ps3 this week. Just checked on social club, Rockstar let me keep 440 k in my pocket and 0 in the bank account. I had 500 million in the pocket and 2 billion in the back before.
I hope they ban all the low level thank glitchers and the god mod abusers.

Have you done the mission before? The payout decreases permanently after you do the mission for the first time.

Yes, I'd done the mission before, but I've also done it AGAIN before and got more than $750.

I'm gonna take a guess and say that the first time you completed the mission was before R* lowered the payout and you were at a lower level then the mission requirement therefor receiving half of the full amount. The second time you completed it was then after the lowered payouts but you had reached the required rank level therefor receiving a higher payout. Then, the third time you received half pay because you've previously completed said mission. :sly:
