It does, but incredibly rarely. I believe it spawns at the church in North LS, and at the funeral place opposite the hospital and (online) impound lot. Apparently it's pretty much guaranteed to spawn if someone else is in a Hearse nearby, so you might want to find someone who owns one to help you.
Thank you. I've been checking the church to no avail. I didn't know about the funeral home. Even though that should have been my first thought. I'm trying to fill my garage with rarer cars. I have the Nemesis, Bagger, and the Tailgater. Is there anything else that is rather rare after the new updates. Besides the rusty voodoo?
The only problem with having a friend with a hearse is that I play on XBOX. I only have a handful of friends that play at different times then I do. And as a rule on XBOX, most of the lobbies are flooded with trolls that would sooner kill you 20 times in a row rather than help their own grandmother.

Was just in a session with a bunch of scrubs who wanted to do a demo derby, but accidentally set matchmaking to open, and didn't know how to kick so they just kept trying to kill me.
