I got one and it's not that interesting, but it does have a useless swimming pool Not worth it in my opinion.

Location, but you lose 4 cars (If you switch out the house to a 10 car apartment, those 4 come back, the 4 you lose are the last four when you call your mechanic on that property)

Coveted isn't included in that list as that list is only the ones you can get through the phone and not the pause menu job list. Anything over 10K is what you'd want to do.
