It would have been better if it weren't for that sudden gang attack. I had my radar and HUD off for a little while. I decided to put them on when we found the snowman, and that's when I saw the gang attack. I tried to see how close I could get before it activated, then ran away. I was surprised that one of the stupid gangsters ACTUALLY followed me out of the zone and shot me. Thankfully, I survived, but barely.

Free roam would be so much better without gang attacks.
 
If anyone sees a Schafter, preferably near the golf course area of LS, please save it for me and message me if I'm online.

Don't you just love it when you're about to land your plane at Trevor's Airfield or McKenzie Airfield and all of a sudden you have to take on 30+ enemies on your own with barely any cover? How about when you are trying to get out of an area, but the walls behind you are too high, forcing you to have to gun your way through an abandoned lot with a swarm of enemies? Sounds like fun, right?
 
Anyone wanna play right now?

I'm just getting back into the game after a month or so of break. I kinda feel like running some missions & taking some pictures of my cars.

Oh and I still need to win trade races...One of these days...
 
I don't frequent public lobbies very often these days but I still like to get in and mess around from time to time. One of the other new features is when some fool is running around in a tank, their red dot has a tank icon in place. Easy to know what to avoid but easier to see who to hunt!! It is these little details that keep me coming back for more!

There is? Awesome! I'm sure jet pilots and the peacekeepers of online (Who go out of their way to stop griefers) will love this feature.

Yup! Noticed it for the first time two days ago in a GTP vs. some other crew session. It's quite the nice new feature.

Also, what the heck is GTA TV? I just got a message that my random screwing off with @Jet Badger has being broadcast. That was a few minutes before my entire HUD disappeared along with every NPC.
 
I had a similar thing happen to me about a month or two ago. If I remember correctly, just about everyone in the lobby disconnected except for me and then I got that message. I wasn't doing anything. Just riding my Sprunk-themed Bati 801RR to the top of Mt. Chilliad.

It's probably something R* employees watch for amusement, or to watch for glitchers/hackers.
 
I don't know if this has happened to anyone else, but the Buffalo and Sentinel I brought in from single player; Franklin's and Amanda's, both have had their license plates changed to something generic, from their personalised ones.

I'm pretty sure that this has happened to the Tailgater in my garage too, but I forgot to check it.

Yep.. i lost my custom plate on Trevor's' Bodhi.
 
Doesn't the Bodhi have that option online, or not? Never taken one into LSC as I never grabbed it from that mission or bought it from the internet.

It is not an option for MP, only SP. So yeah, basically our Sentinel and Buffalo from SP is just like any other Sentine or Buffalo in MP, it's not that special anymore :ouch:

The day they made the Asea available to purchase I sold mine. And to think... it was an incredibly rare car since you could only get it once in SP and once in MP and if you missed those two opportunities you could never get one (well except for glitch in and save editing)

There goes a Speedo, Tornado and Tailgater :(.

What about cars from SP with custom plates from LSC?
 
Does anyone know a way to mute everyone with mics without having to go to the player list under the online tab in the pause menu and muting everyone that has a mic one by one? I already have chat set to "No-one".
