The amount of Zentornos and tanks will skyrocket, chaos will ensue and society will begin to collapse. Those lucky enough to own machine pistols and bulletproof vehicles remain dominant while the others will perish. Riots will ensue, people will be killed in the street and the entire counties of Blaine, Paleto, and Los Santos will become an apocalyptic wasteland run by motorcycle gangs and the wealthy individuals who bought their way to power. Police and military officers will not stand a chance. Player casualties will be massive and those lucky enough to survive will remain in hiding.

...the economy will collapse. The prices of explosives, ammo, and (smart) cars will go up. Those lucky enough to afford these luxuries abuse them and fight the underpaid police officers and the unwealthy individuals.

I wish we could adjust camber and make it stanced. Or, some flames, an obnoxiously large wing, an ugly bodykit, and aftermarket lights. The aftermarket lights should be for every car. Also, I wish we could dechrome cars (I would love to make a Hummer dechromed and add some offroad wheels), lift cars, restore cars like the Rat-Loader, add more power, drag wheels, gold chrome paint, chrome wheels, and finally weapons like machine guns on trucks (cannot be used in garage). I would love to have my Rat-Loader or Buccaneer look like a drag car. OOOH! Or drag races! Also, drifting should be realistic and possible. Well, there goes me and my wishlist rant again...

Biker gangs? I wanna join!

Seriously though, the only biker gangs I've seen in this game are AIs. It would be cool to see a player biker gang dominating the freeways and Blaine County.

Now, there's someone livestreaming the game. Rockstar shouldn't tell how others do with their games if they paid for it. Not their fault their game came out ahead of time.

I can tell you that the new GTA V has a lot more life in it's environment. First-person mode is a cool feat along with the cockpit view in/on vehicles.

They do exist. Check R* SC for the top crews and one of them is a biker gang. You just have to be lucky enough to join a session with them in it.
 
Anyone else think heists will be the last thing that old gen owners will get? I don't see them adding anything else at all. Shame as tens of millions will still be on old gen for a while, I know R* might have said older systems will still be supported but R* say lots of things. I understand the bonus stuff upgrading players will get, that's cool but I hope us poor folk don't get cut off completely, at least not for a while anyway.

Us PS3/XBOX users will probably get a few new things before they slowly start to leave us behind in favour of the next gen crowd. It always happens that way. We all went out and bought GTAV and made them billions, but they don't really care because they want everyone to go out and buy it all over again on next gen.

It's all about the dollar!
