Sells for $7305. Always that light green/blue striped version at the Burton LSC. Always unlocked as well so no having to bust the window to get in.

There's two different Sandkings that spawn in Paleto Bay's Ammunation that got for 17k+. OR if you're lucky enough to find the Dubsta 2 in Rooftop Rumble up in the Vinewood Hills, that goes for upwards of 20k.
 
LSC conspiracy. The manager puts his car out there. We steal and sell it, only for him to reassemble it and put it out there.

Is the Dubsta 2 the matte black one?
 
Back on the topic of the GTA Team vigilante and murder squad.

How many people can you get in those Police SWAT vans? Imagine two of them full of the GTA team roaming the map keeping things real?!
 
I thought those held 10? Is it only two in the back?

Where do you find those? Obviously it's in the ghetto, but where exactly and what conditions are needed for them to spawn (Time of day, etc)?

Midnight-0300, but will spawn throughout the day if you are driving a regular Tornado or Peyote around.

Tornado is ~12500, Peyote is ~12900. I can't remember the actual numbers. The blue spot on the map is the dirt lot on the east corner of that street, and the safest place to get a car from as you won't get shot by gang members.

The most common spawns are the street directly south of Franklins house, or the cul de sac on Grove Street. They can spawn anytime, but they seem to be more common at night.

I know with the Simeon vehicles, respraying then getting them cleaned at a car wash increases the value. Are there any little things that can drive up the value on these cars?

Infinitely better than the original song. I miss GTA IV cops. They were funny. Except for the ones that had shotguns, though. *Shudders*

Cops in GTA V need to be toned down and not be so damn aggressive. Getting your face shot off for standing within ten feet of a cop is not acceptable.

I don't think washing the car after respraying it increases the value as repairing/respraying cleans the car anyway.

Washing would help it I think, it only costs 10 dollars at the Car Wash, while the LSC charges 50 to do the same thing

The GTA4 cops didn't shoot out of their cars. Only the FIB unit did, and I believe they only showed up on Freeways. Usually not the tight, small roads.
 
For those wanting the modded npc vehicles taken from gta forums
Dubsta 2

The chrome and gold Dubsta 2 spawn on a driveway from a house in Martin's street they spawn between 06:00 and 16:00 (they spawn at different times each day but always between those hours) never found one after or before those hours and i already took +40 Dubsta 2's for crew members and stuff.
Sell for 23k


In the beginning of Martin's street you (right side of his street) have a U shaped turn and they spawn on the driveway of the house that is in the U shaped turn, always. That's the point where they start, best bet is to take a helicopter (small one so you can land easily) and fly back and forth over the streets that go up to that intersection near that driveway. Most i could take was 4 a day and i was able to spawn them in every (public/invite only) session i have been so far.


Sentinel

They spawn on vinewood boulevard on the intersection close to eclipse towers. So far i only found them between 22:00 and 02:00. You have the blue/purple one and the lime green/yellow one. Most i could take with another friend was 4 in a night, we were both driving stolen cars. Just keep driving up and down the left part of vinewood boulevard.

Sandking

Sandking spawn every day next to ammunation in Paleto bay one at 12:00 and one at 13:20. I take a helicopter most of the time to spawn them, fly over the street to Beeker's and back. Most of the time i get the yellow one at 12:00 and the blue one at 13:20.


Blue one is without steps but you can take steps off of any Sandking atm with the same glitch u can do to rip the hood and fenders off of the Hotknife (works for Phoenix spoiler, Bodhi teddybear, roofless Panto, and more)
Sell for 19k

Ratloader

Spawns easiest in the morning hours on the parking lot of Beeker's garage in Paleto bay, i use a helicopter as well for them.

Sell for 7k
Didn't bother with the others (muscle ones) tbo because their value is low, i don't like the colors and i have a garage full of muscle cars

Price vary from 7 to 19k spawn at burton lsc
Gang cars

You also have the green, yellow and purple gang cars but they are not new, best ones are the Peyote 12.940$ and SOFTtop Tornado 12.575$. You can spawn them day/night by driving the same model and going to their spawn places.


Haven't seen any unaffiliated gang cars on PS4 so far. Gang peyote lost half of it stripes and their dices
