I've got everything maxed except for strength and lung capacity. What are the best ways to max those?

Strength is hole six of golf. 30 minutes to an hour a bar, roughly. There used to be a nice glitch that let you punch a friends car, but they patched it.

As for lung capacity, not much you can do, besides swimming underwater. There are rumors that diving into the water (Jumping from a high place) increases it quicker, but I don't know that for sure. The dock has a nice place for diving. Look for a ladder and a small platform. If not, pick your favorite deep body of water, turn on some Pandora, and have at it.

A few months ago I tried explaining a sound to you guys that I kept hearing on GTAO. Oddly enough I just heard it for the first time on NG and it was also on single player. Since I have the capture thing, I recorded it for you guys. Anyone know what this sound means?

Phone/Radio interference.

"Lung Capacity: There is a spot just south of the perimeter of Fort Zancudo where a number of large circular water reservoirs are found. One of these has no catwalks running across it, and with this particular one you can climb/swim into the centre of it where the water seems to spill outward from below. If you get inside that inner ring, the water will pull you under and rise you to the surface in a loop, so you can improve this skill with minimal effort. I had to re-position myself fairly often to keep the loop going, but it didn't take long to max out and it was certainly less involved that manually diving and resurfacing somewhere else."

It's not exactly a glitch, so it should work on all platforms:

Thanks, guys! Heading over there right now in my Beachgatti. :)

I used a small pond in the golf range and just went under until I started taking damage then popped up.

Not worth it since they made it weaker a while ago.
And since the lock on RPG was added Buzzards are useless online too, apart from missions. Now red players are pretty much covered by the new weapons.

I'll have to make my list later today, can't actually remember.

Oh.

Armor for all my cars (what does armor do for bikes?), to go with my bulletproof tires can replace it.
Armor for bikes does jack ****. What good is armor when you can get shot without the bike taking a single bullet?

IIRC it is actually quite useful if you are doing stunts, especially if you are doing unique jumps in single player as the bike becomes much harder to destroy. With no armor it would probably be dead after 2-3 decent crashes.

But armor does **** all in combat. If you aren't using it for huge jumps and stunts, armor is just a waste.

I may put it on my dirt bike then. I love riding downhill, and hitting peaks, and using the air to do backflips.
