Get in the base with a nimble vehicle, head to the open hangar with the LAZER and steal it. By the time a Rhino may come in to ruin your day, that daily is done.
But I always wonder if the daily counts when you steal a civilian vehicle in the Military Base's parking lot.
CM being a success requires precision and good communication. I wouldn't do it unless the people you're doing it with are people who are experienced with the heist and most importantly work well in a group and are willing to take orders.
They never left. They just spawn at one part of the base at a time. If it's not the back roads, expect one to pop up near the hangars. The only time they don't spawn is during missions and certain VIP jobs.
I liked it. Was funny chasing after him cause he wouldn't stop the car anywhere. Like the horses on red dead redemption. You whistle and you better be ready to jump on that thing.
I don't know why the took it out.
