I'm pretty sure. I remember getting hit by a rocket once and I'm pretty sure it was too low to come from a jet.

Just wondering: how rare is the submersible in GTA Online?

Because I ran into it for the 1st time while being a bounty target. The Buzzards don't know what hit em.

There are two spots where they always spawn that I know of. One by the lighthouse and the other one in the docks next to the Merryweather HQ. It also sometimes spawns as random watercraft in some places.

I had one but it's slow and I found people really didn't pay attention to it. So I sold it

I sold mine because it has four doors but you can only use two. Defeated the object completely.
 
Texting = trolling. You never know what other players are up to. It can be fun when the creepy is taken out. I used to love to lurk around public lobbies with tanks and try to coax them out of their tank by hassling them via text. It doesn't always work but when it does, they come after you on foot and get worked... It really makes them mad after you kill them you split with their tank... (ALL of my texts were G rated...)

I text random people, complimenting their car, or asking to cruise. They either say thanks and cruise, or go out and *try* to kill me.
 
Hypothetical conversation:

"Hey. I just wanted to let you know, that is one of the best color combinations I've ever seen on that car and you really saved my ass back there."

Other player: "thx"

*Drives by and places sticky bombs on car*
