Speaking of which, anyone know a good pai t combo for a Phoenix? I've been trying out some metallic paints recently but they all look kinda tacky. I want something a little different from my light matte grey paint, but something that fits the old school theme.
Silver and dark blue, plus all of the visual add-ons - wings, glass roof, etc. - for an Adam West-style Batmobile.

Matte black all around for the Mad Max look.

Or white with dark blue stripes for a sort of second-tier NASCAR look with American national racing colours.

Fun new game: Nuzlocke, GTA version. I'm gonna call it the Townlocke challenge after the late (or is he????) Michael Townley.

  1. Make sure you have a second character slot free.
  2. Make sure you only have 10k in the bank (the rest of the money should be on hand on your first character).
  3. Create a new character.
  4. Reach Lv12 and purchase a high end apartment over time.
  5. Complete the Fleeca bank heist as a host and retire from your life of crime rich and happy.
  6. You've won!
There are only four rules.

  • One: No deaths and no failures. You fail if you die at all, whether it be in free-roam or in a mission, even if you respawn. Likewise, if you fail to COMPLETE a mission (note that this means you can still come 2nd or 3rd in races, but you will only fail the challenge if you receive a DNF) you will also fail the challenge, whether it be due to losing all your lives or blowing up something you shouldn't.

  • Two: No cheating death. Passive mode is BANNED. Any lobbies other than Public lobbies are BANNED. You must survive using your own skills and wits. If you steal a car and end up getting a bounty, or you try and grab Simeon's special vehicle, that's your problem. If someone targets you for no reason, then tough luck I guess. (You may still invite friends into missions, but note that it's frowned upon to spend the whole challenge spamming heist setups with your buddies.)

  • Three: No teleporting. Your spawn location must be set to last location at all times. Teleporting after a mission is acceptable, but you are not allowed to abuse this in order to avoid an untimely death (such as whilst a bounty is on your head).

  • Four: Death is final. If you fail the challenge by dying, failing a mission, or otherwise breaking one of the other rules, you must delete your character and start from the beginning. It is also good practice, but not a requirement, to try and spend every last dollar you have earned before deleting your character (clothes are a good way to waste all of your hard earned cash).

After winning, you get to keep all of your hard earned cash, and you can choose whether to continue following Townlocke rules or not. Imagine how many people will respect you when you reveal that you have a Lv50 Townlocke character!

Here are some optional rules that you can choose to follow as well. Some make it easier, and some make it a lot harder:

Medics At Standby: You have a 1 minute window after every successful mission and session change, during which Rules One and Two do not apply. After a minute has passed, you must be alive, in a public session and out of passive mode.
Let Off With A Warning: If you are killed by the police as a result of a 1 or 2 star wanted level, Rule One does not apply. If you die in a 3+ star wanted level, or you die to the military, gangs, or another player whilst in a 1 or 2 star wanted level, you still die.
Wake Up, Neo: You may safely die during any mission aside from contact missions, heist setups, or heist finales (AKA you can participate in Deathmatches, Captures, LTS and Vs Missions)
Trust No-One: You may not participate in any mission with anybody from your crew or your friends list.
Winners Don't Quit: Once you have started any mission, whether it's Golf or a Heist Finale, you may not quit. Purposefully quitting results in a failure.
Bare-Chested Warrior: You cannot wear any garments on your upper body. This includes shirts, jackets, scarves, ties, bulletproof vests, utility vests, or hats/helmets of any kind. Attire during heists and heist setups must be set to player-saved only - if it is not, then you may not participate. For the sake of cool factor, glasses, chains and gloves are allowed. I'm not sure if female characters can even do this one, but the idea is that you can't equip damage-reducing items, so just adjust this one as necessary.
Hyper-Extreme Ultra Mode: If you lose connection, you lose the challenge.
I'll give this a try. Will record it too

We are, however, working on other cool updates for GTA Online that you can expect over the coming months, we are also working on another update coming soon that will feature some very cool new toys for you to enjoy and flaunt with yourill-gotten gains. For now, the screenshot above provides just a glimpse...

Rockstar Games
... anyone who posts videos that encourage and promote ways to cheat your way towards gaining illegitimate RP or counterfeit in-game money or duplicating in-game items without having earned them may have their videos flagged for takedown with YouTube.

Now if they could stop promoting assholes like MrBossFTW, who does the exact same stuff in the quote, that would be lovely.

The nose more closely resembles a 300 SLR but I can see why it is confusing. I am sooo excited for it that I have begun rebuilding my Benefactor collection and it will have 10 cars bearing that Diamond Badge of excellence.

“Why is [Self Radio] not possible on PS3/PS4?” –Destroy_Ger
“How about creating something like that in PS4/3 and Xbox platforms?” – Osprey11
“Can you put this on PS4 or Xbox 1 at least?” –RayzRBlayde1229

The GTAV PC Self Radio experience that plays your personally curated playlist of mp3s in the game as a fully featured and properly integrated radio station just wouldn’t technically be possible on the consoles as it requires more than the consoles allow at this time.

Really? GT6/NFS Rivals has been maxed out on the PS3 and they have a custom playlist feature. Sounds like R* doesn't want to deal with the hassle.

But that's just music, not a fully integrated radio station

I have a 2 hour long drum n bass mix saved on my PS3 that I would LOVE to be able to tune into whenever I needed to get pumped up.

I've always wanted to have some Offspring playing in GTA V. They are from L.A. after all.

Dome Metallica and Green Day would be wicked to jam to while flying through Vinewood Hills.

*sigh* Guess I'll just stick with my earbuds then...

Decided to make a GTA Online series on YT with a new character. Here's the first 2 parts

For some reason, I can't do the missions sent to me by Ron. I keep getting an error message telling me that I failed to join the activity or job.

Cool, a 300SL.

Hopefully it is the casino DLC that has been rumored for over a year now.

The quality of those headlights :yuck: (I'm sure it's still a WIP, but holy cow it is hideous)
This upcoming DLC that Rockstar teased sure looking pretty expensive. For a second I thought it looked like a 250 GT but I guess since its a Benefactor, well its definitely not a Ferrari. Casino DLC would be cool. Although its really starting to feel like a joke now since its already been speculated and leaked like a thousand times already. I think it was just some kind of prank or joke that these people are making because there's a Casino in the game that is opening soon and they are just way too hyped for it, they decide to troll everyone by posting fake leaked information about. But to be honest, i'm not a hacker myself so I can't tell you if this leaked information really is fake or not.

The Hydra is another story since it was another vehicle that hackers have been leaking but people have been speculating the Casino DLC for possibly like 2 years now which I believe this whole Casino DLC thing originated from the game's audio files way back in 2013, around the time when GTA Online first got released. So after all of these months of people leaking this Casino DLC, I believe its fake.

How do I put a license plate on my Zentorno? I have a custom one, but I don't remember seeing an option for it at LS Customs. Is it a PS4/X1/PC-only thing? I spent $100k on the plate, so I want to use it.

It has a licence plate on PS4/X1/PC but not PS3/360. I always prefered it without a plate.
