Is there any account of what new clothing items are available with the Ill-Gotten Gains Part 2 release? Also, it's been established that Land races of any kind contribute to unlock progress of parts in Los Santos Customs, but do Air and Sea evens factor in? Thanks in advance!

A bunch of new designer sweaters, overcoats, trench coats, scarves that can only be worn with IGG overcoats/trenchcoats, and I think that's about it.

EDIT: More watches and earrings too.
 
Help guys, I just did all the requirements for the 25% discount and it's not working. I'm already signed up for the rockstar games mail list or whatever it's called and the discount isn't working. What's going on here? I really want my T20 because it's based off the P1 and I will sell any of my Supercars for the T20.

You get your rebate after 7 days.
 
Is it just me, or can anyone else not use the KERS on the Vindicator in singleplayer? I know it's an awful bike but I want to try it anyway.

How would it be used? I figured it was an automatic sort of thing and wasn't especially noticeable. I noticed it lacks a horn, though.

I pinched a Western Daemon from a Lost gang attack and it won't let me put it in my garage. :grumpy:
Edit: Or put a tracker on it and insure it.
 
So I blew nearly all my money on this, leaving me at a measly $190k, but I don't really regret it.

It's a good off-roader, certainly better than any of my trucks and much safer than a dirtbike.

EDIT: So my deathmatch I made 2 years ago in Michael's house was broken, and now it works again.. hm.

Since the update i've not had a single smuggler plane. i hope they've not patched the frequency of them. They were great money earners
 
I'd get like one every 20 minutes before this patch, but after 2 hours of none of em, I'm worried the smugglers got afraid or something.
 
I think the spawn rate was turned up for the Independence Day event, and now it's been turned back down

Me neither. I haven't seen anything at all. No distraction spots or target vehicles.
 
Ah well. I'm grinding anyway just to get that 25% rebate from Legendary Motorsport.

I guess that explains the lack of a horn, but I guess it also means you're probably right as I didn't notice a boost when trying to get a sound.

Nor have I, but I didn't think much of it as I pay no attention to frequency.

One thing I noticed is that a blue circle will appear on your radar, indicating that it is making noise, like a normal horn would.
 
Well, I sold my Adder. I have no use for it, and I needed the $743,050 to go towards my Progen T20 fund.
 
Looks like I'ma sell the Turismo R and Benefacter Surano, as I only have 1.6 million. I was thinking of selling the Surano for a while, now I have a good reason.

Must be Account, the rebate will go to the shared bank account.

You'll have to buy the car for full price, 2.2 million, then after 7 days, Rockstar will send you the difference from the discount. You should recieve somewhere in the ballpark of 600k from the discount in total, if my basic math skills are holding up.

EDIT: $550,000 to be exact.
 
I have around 6 million and still believe that's isn't enough for anything, I feel that if I bought a new car that cost less than 500K and tune it then I end up with less than a million.

I still never understand how some of yoy guys got so much money.

And yes, someone at the vehicle team thought it was a good idea to give it a very similar name to a car that was already in the game from the same manufacturer.

Oops! :lol: If I'm honest, something didn't sit right with that reply after I made it.

@CallmeDan I noticed a yellow special ability bar while testing a rented Vindicator in a solo race and, while the KERS didn't work then (probably only during normal gameplay and/or only when you've actually purchased it), it occurred to me that this may be why the system is unavailable offline.

No priority deliveries (I'd previously gotten them around half an hour apart) or Securicars since update in addition to a lack of target vehicles and cop distractions, so it may be a bug with the random free mode tasks. :rolleyes:
