So I've started to play GTA again after about a two year hiatus (I think? Around the time next gen started). What's the best job to grind money with? How are heists? Are they fun, easy, pay well?

Heists are alright, but you need a competent group of players and take any possible shortcut you can find. Buy all of the armor and snacks you can get before a mission. Go easy on the explosives, but you should absolutely use them when necessary. Utility Vests are a godsend, so make sure you have an outfit saved that has a vest and bulletproof helmet. Remind the host to allow player-saved outfits on any mission that allows for them. Don't wear a utility vest during stealth missions, because it's just going to take longer to complete and you are unable to sprint while wearing one. Offer a ride to your teammates if they need it, and cover them if they fall off their bike during Pacific Standard - Bikes and Pacific Standard Finale. Come up with a plan and communicate with your team before a mission, and decide on the role each person will play; don't improvise as soon as you get there. If something goes wrong, adapt to the situation, support your team, and above all else, stay alive.

Heists pay good, but it does rely on team skills, knowledge, and most of all: Internet connection.
Right? Did Prison Break finale yesterday and the guard left as we were just above the drop zone after losing the cops. At least...I hope it was a connection issue.

I personally disagree on this. The mobility penalty is dreadful and makes you a bit easier of a target. For the amount of health it actually provides, it's not really worth it. However, if you're in a mission that requires you to be in a vehicle for a decent amount of time, then you might as well put it on.

Wasn't as bad as my first go.

Did my team's first go on hard as the prisoner, ended up being on the Demo's chopper blades.

Like you said, it's beneficial when you're in a vehicle or a bike, but I love having it when I have to move through a very exposed area without adequate cover. Then again, I like it so I won't get hurt as much while moving between cover with loads of enemies.

My typical plan of action is run to cover, wait for the majority of enemies to stop firing, spray two of them with my LMG, then take out the rest as soon as they pop out of cover.

Wait...what? The team bailed from the plane and you ended up falling through the blades? Or something else?

Just jacked a Ballas Peyote and got a hit put on me...for $1000. I'd expect more from one of them.

I wrote about this a few months ago, but when I attempted Prison Break Finale, I was the Velum pilot. We had the worst demolition man in the world. He didn't have a single clue as to how to fly a Buzzard. I was flying behind the AI Lazer for about ten minutes or more. The Buzzard was nowhere near me to provide support. If the Velum had a mounted machine gun on the front, or if I could use a pistol while flying, I COULD HAVE SHOT THE PILOT OUT OF THE LAZER ON MY OWN. That is how close I was flying. Almost slammed into the engine of the Lazer multiple times since the AI was so bugged out, it kept slowing down every five seconds.

Speaking of slammed...

If anything, the weapons may be real. They apparently have their own animations and skins, which is something modders haven't figured out yet. Considering they all have pistol grips and fit the general design of the other weapons, it's plausible.

There was a revolver in GTA VC (Python I believe) so I would presume there will be one in V, if not the next update then certainly a future one. I mean a revolver makes more sense than the marksman pistol. Just think of all the six shot madness.

I think the reason they haven't done it yet is because it would need an entirely different reload animation for a revolver compared to anything else. Hopefully we get a good revolver soon

I became The Beast earlier. Great fun and really gets your blood pumping when you see a full lobby speeding your way.

I managed to get to all 10 landmarks and got 30k. Anyone who has a chance to do it i'd recommend being on a fast bike.

I tried that with a Bati 801 and got nailed by a Buzzard by someone off the radar. I would probably just use an Insurgent next time.
