Tip for those needing to "parachute dangerously" for their daily objectives: No need to climb a building, the bridge immediately adjacent the ramp down to the East LS Los Santos Customs is of sufficient height to complete the task--just do the deed over the water to be on the safe side.

I just use the first crane above the container ship used in "Prison Break - Station" to steal the Casco. It's the one all the way to the left. Climb up to the top, jump over the rail above the containers, and spam X to open your parachute. If you don't already have one in your inventory, one spawns on that crane, as if they knew people would jump from there.
 
The combination of no trucks near LSIA and getting two with one rocket had me on track to finish 'Trash Talk' faster than normal, so when all that was left was to kill the rival gang leader, I flew away in my Savage and landed it atop a distant structure to pick him off.

He wasn't moving so it wasn't exactly difficult, but it got me thinking; the option of a slow modifier while scoping would be nice for those really long shots where a twitch of the joystick moves the reticle a block from the target.

Use that chute when stealing the Casco in Series A

Of course a Lazer. I don't find the Hydra worth buying, seeing as the Lazer beats it in dogfights and it's free to steal from Fort Zancudo; that is, if you can evade the insta-kill enemy jet :rolleyes:

VTOL is a huge plus though.

Little story how I got that hat!

There once was a time when the roof of the LS Customs in the city was a prime location for groups of trolls to troll the rest of the lobby.

After being killed a couple of times, I had the brilliant idea to take an Merryweather airstrike flare and dump it near the trolls. I got on my bike, took out the flare and drove onto the LSC parking lot. As I came around the corner I threw the flare and as I did, I saw a whole bunch of personal vehicles. Derp.

I destroyed them all and was insta-bad sport!

And on another note. Does the dunce hat still exist on current gen?

I tend to use cops turn blind eye thing whenever I try to steal one but I play in private lobbies mostly so I mainly fly the Lazer and Hydra not to kill but just to fly around.

I always steal the Lazer that's in the big hangar. That way you can parachute into the hangar, you have some time to get into the jet, and as you take off, you can fly straight into the valley, take a hard left and stay low to evade any rockets or jets.

On another note, I've been thinking it's odd (and irritating) that it's not possible to be barefoot. Sandals/flip-flops while swimming look silly, nevermind any other kind of footwear.

Next gen has barefeet, added with Pajamas whenever that was

I think you can if you are in your wardrobe. I've definitely seen the option somewhere, although can't remember where.

Would be nice if we could actually crouch down like in GTA IV to completely steady our scope instead of it dancing around in circles.

We killed Benny and tried to get his pathetic corpse to the top of Chilliad. We used the Assault Shotgun to roll him around.

The goal was to get him onto the loading dock then onto a vehicle but we didn't have the time or patience. Couldn't find a Dozer and a firetruck hose wouldn't move him.

Hackers who ruin the game for EVERYONE.....Childish, lonely idiots with nothing better to do. They need to be banned from the internet forever.

As someone said, if anyone finds themselves having their money taken away or being charged 100 grand insurance due to hackers turn off your system immediately before anything saves to the cloud.
 
I just got an invite to a bike race with the strangest description: "hard parkour OR EASY ASIAN easy or hard"

Can anyone decipher that? :lol:
