$15k and 4045 RP (hard mode) if you kill all 43 gang members without losing a life.

Good for solo grinding after level 60.

I tried to get my tank through Pegasus and it wouldn't allow me to. It let me get my stupid boat though. Did R* disable it until you hit level 70? I'm only 52.
