Sorry chaps, you're too late. Creator has been removed altogether in order to 'stop the spread of a new (unlimited money) exploit'.

Luckily me and @Jet Badger took advantage of this wonderful... mistake earlier today. My secondary character now has every Pegasus vehicle minus the Rhino Tank, and I've got $7.5 million for a rainy day, thanks to a 'giveaway' from Legendary Motorsports and LS Customs. :lol:

You guys wanna be careful, the last money glitch saw people getting banned from GTA did it not?
 
That's a ludicrously quick response time from R* there... to be fair, the exploit would have broken the game as much as the hacked money did so I'm kinda glad they did patch it. Still wish I was there so I could buy a Stinger GT and Pegasus vehicles though...

Would it? Practically everyone has tanks, and it would have been used for the same as what you wanted: Cars, Pegasus vehicles. The game i pretty broken as it is.

What's the real difference between hacked money that makes everything as good as free and an exploit that makes everything completely free anyway, aside from needing enough money to buy it in the first place (they could easily just join a new session, sell 10 free fully modded adders and have enough money to buy anything anyway)?

The last money glitch was done by using dns servers and actually hacking the game. It wasn't just a glitch.


This new one was an error in the game that people were and to exploit. You can't ban somebody for doing what the game allowed them to do

There's a new way, circumvents the content creator block. Not sure how it works yet though.

What's the real difference between hacked money that makes everything as good as free and an exploit that makes everything completely free anyway, aside from needing enough money to buy it in the first place (they could easily just join a new session, sell 10 free fully modded adders and have enough money to buy anything anyway)?

I don't really feel like hacked money broke the game anyway. It made it fun. Messing round with that $1 million Dump Truck you never would have been able to afford, and even if you could, you'd buy something else. Enjoying modding cars, and testing all your favourite vehicles. This glitch makes very little difference, since most people already have the tools for griefing (tanks, buzzards, weapons). At worst, it'll give them a little more spending money for sticky bombs. But for the rest of us? We can swap out our garages, buy those Pegasus vehicles we could never afford, stock up on ammo, and stop worrying about every little purchase, whittling down the bank balance, at least for a little while.

I'm not saying it wasn't fun, I'll probably actually do the new glitch once I find out how it works, but it's still a game breaker. The game's designed to have a sense of progression with the cash you earn, this glitch and the hacked money kinda nullified most of that, and in that sense they broke the game. Not one that ruins the experience for everyone perhaps, but game breakers nonetheless.

I feel the same way. I had so much fun with hacked money, despite feeling bad at first.
