I personally love racing on eiger. I hope we keep it in because I missed the first race and would love a chance at racing there.

eiger is a great track but there is so many bumps and jumps that it in a go cart is very very hard not to spin :)

Hope you guys are ready for tomorrows race. Should be pretty exciting and a very close finish i presume. Lot less bumps to deal with. There are a couple of corners to deal with that get you into a slide but its very fun. Hope we get a good turn out. Good luck guys!

Taking a break from the Sebastian vettel challenge to practise.

Looking forward to a close race.

I might move the Enduro race to Cape Ring.
With that one part of the track that has you making a jump through that arch, I have a feeling you're going to do that on 'porpoise'. :D

Or you could use the full autumn ring curcuit. ;)

Well i want the Enduro track to be tight and twisty. Not so your on the throttle all the time. Autumn Ring, Tsukuba(which is the next round) or Indy Road Course are the tracks im considering.

Oh I like the idea of Tsukubu for the enduro.

Also silver, have you though about pm the people who signed up for this series however haven't shown any further intrest just incase they have forgotten, its easily done to forget, I have done it for series's in the past and I though it might get the numbers up if they are still low after this race.

Did that last night. You should notice it when you log in today. :)

I'll be there. Just got done doing a tour of The 'Ring 24hr layout in the kart to get warmed up. ;)

Brandon

I PM'd a couple but the others who signed up are in New Zealand and Australia. Right now its really early morning for them. So that may just be one reason. Or as you said they have forgotten.

Well I'm going to get on now. Lobby going to open in about 10 or so minutes.

Well done guys great race on a great track had good battles with Camikaze and Brandon. Overtaking Brandon on the last lap.

Edit: And a nice bit of xp and credits aswell. ;)

Even though I finished dead last, I had a blast. In theory, I'll take the money, points, and RUN! :D :dopey: Randy

Congrats to Senninha on 2 in a row. Very close at the start between Senninha and I but same can't be said for the rest of the field lol. Still very close in points for the top 4. Everyone is still in the running for being The PDI World Cup Champion. And off to Tsukuba, we will be running the right hander after the Dunlop Bridge. Also beware of the Dunlop Bridge with its pretty large bump.

Makes me wonder if Senninha does karting in real-life as well. Randy and I practiced with him last night and he was about a second and a half ahead of us!

Enjoyed the battle on my part but sorta bummed I was unable to stay in it due to a mistake in Turn 1 on Lap 15 on my part. I also probably ran on a shorter gear in the race than the others, hence why I couldn't quite get away.

I't try to video a really exciting duel I had with Camikaze tommorow and post it up, we were drafting and switching places for 10 laps.

Also this afternoon I did some kart phototravel pics and Silver if you want to use them.

None of these photo's have been within a mile of any aftermarket photoediting software.

I figured we could catch up to the 3rd place driver and try to make a 3-way battle out of it. Alas, it was not to be. :(

If someone were to get a picture of the start and make if roughly the same size as the original picture then i would use it.

I managed to catch him on the last lap and pass him. That was the most excitment I have had on gt5 so far that duel, You were behind me got ahead by drafting, I stayed behind you for a couple of corners then overtook, you did the same, and this carried on for 10 laps, great fun.
