EV4L hasn't been seen in quite a while, so I'm looking at re-branding JGTC as the SuperGT series for the time being. Right now I'll be using most of what EV4L has put up in terms of rules, regulations, "air restrictors", schedule, etc. Most of this was taken from his JGTC S5 Interest Thread and try as much as possible to keep intact the feel of the old JGTC series while adding something different. Week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday night @ 8:00PM EST
Unlike GTMSA events of the past, there will be no allowance for late-time submissions in this season. Timestamp will be GTPlanet PM delivery time, and it will be final.
Deadline for signup without penalty is Sunday Nov 4th, 6pm GMT. GTMSA always accepts late entries, but any entries after Sunday will incur a 5% HP penalty for the first 3 races.
QUALIFYING
- 5 Laps Single Race
- Air restrictor (HP Penalty) NOT in place
- Weight penalty in effect
- RM tires or any combination ONLY
- NO TIRE WEAR for qualifying
- AI @ your choice from -10% to +10%
- AI tires always set to RS
- Forced Pit Entry penalty system always.
- Points will be handed out as follows: 3pts-2pts-1pt
Fast Lap: 1pt for the fastest.
Submission: 1pt for submitting a time or advance notice of no-time VIA PM ONLY.
+10 secs penalty on race time for missed qualification for EVERYONE.
RACE
- 120-130km in length (75-80 miles).
- Weight penalty in effect
- Air restrictor in place (if any at that point)
- RH, RM, RS tires or any combination ONLY
- Strong tire wear
- AI at the setting given on Race Thread
- AI tires set in the Race Thread
- Forced Pit entry penalty system for EVERY track
- Points for races are: 15-12-10-7-5-3-2-1

There will be no Team Championship in SuperGT unless there is a HUGE outcry for it. Also, there will be no Manufacturer's Championship as well. Every man (or woman) for themselves.
WEIGHT PENALTY SYSTEM
Weight Penalties will occur and will be used in RACES AND QUALIFYING. Weight penalties will be accrued only in the RACES.
1st +5%
2nd +3%
3rd +1%
4th/5th/6th : 0
7th/8th : -1%
9th/10th : -2%
11th and lower : -3%
AIR RESTRICTOR
The winning driver will have a -1% hp air restrictor penalty in place for the next round. This penalty will be in effect for the next 3 races and then dropped after that determined period of time. Ex : A driver winning R3 will get -1% hp for rounds 4-5-6 and on R7 he'll see his power come back to normal. A driver winning again in that 3 races penalty period will gain another -1% hp but the longest a penalty (-1%) will hit will be 3 races.

If EV4L comes back, I will gladly hand over the series, as Neil has mentioned. I'll also PM all above interested drivers as well as the ones who didn't get a response after signing up. For now I'm looking to start the series 1st Monday in Nov. Might have a test-session or two in the meantime as well. Hopefully this will be what people are looking for.

I call it that because I got the car by winning the JGTC series in GT Mode and recieved it on Day #666. 
I've gotten to like this car with the chances that I raced with it and think it could be my weapon of choice for this series. But that depends on some testing with the cars. BTW, I dunno if you got the Wangan Midnight based reference there.
