What day of the week for this series to race on

After many unforeseen events, i can probably makeout that i wont be making anymore than one race this entire series, when i signed up i originally had saturdays free, but one thing lead to another and now i dont. CND, if u want to; just erase my name off of the championship list cause i wont be a factor at all. I will however continue to look at the standings and watch whats going on. have a good day everyone

LOL...goodbye Golf!!:sly: The Miata is awesome no doubting that. A spec HP/Weight Miata series, tuning allowed, on SH tires would be awesome:idea: Might be ok without tuning but I did drive it once untuned before 2.09 and it really loved to go straight...in the corners:ouch:

I'm considering it since Citroens aren't getting any people, and R1600 isn't running any new FMSC seasons.
 
How many people will be unable to attend next week? I'm probably going to have a Thanksgiving break because family comes over GT5 at least for me.
 
I will be able to make it, and I am going to change the color of my car.

The Honda handled so much better before the update it's like night and day. I think with 2.09 PD has made it much more difficult to mix drivetrains in a series in the absence of significant ballast. Even the Golf was dead even at Tsukuba and could easily have held it's own there :banghead:
 
there is a good chance I will make it this weekend, but if its postponed then that's cool, but you probably should have noted it in the OP for thanksgiving weekend/ christmas, if we run that long,

I'll put it in the OP if we are racing this weekend or not. From the looks of it, I won't be able to make it.
 
We are going to have an off week this Saturday due to Thanksgiving holidays. We will return racing as we normally do next Saturday, December 1st.
 
well being that nobody is gonna be racing this weekend.... anyone wanna do some 5 lap shuffles lol

p.s. I attempted to win the red bull challenge today... only to realize that I might as well buy the car, there is no way in hell I can cut 20 seconds off my fastest clean lap.
 
they and the Loeb challenges are very difficult, But I did manage gold in all of them, but you need to find a Gypsie to have you possessed by Ayrton Senna to think that fast, :lol:

I'm going to bed after F1 qualifying, I've done two 100 lap races at Rome circuit in the last 12 hours, and finished second in both, by less then .180 across both races, :grumpy: so not in the mood, :lol:
 
We are back to racing this weekend at Madrid which is a street circuit. I will warn you guys that it is really hard to overtake on street circuits. Please use patience when overtaking. If you divebomb, you will get penalized.
 
I haven't touched the car for a couple of weeks, guess I'll have to take it out for a spin and see how it goes on Madrid. Can you post the success ballast updates Cnd and update the points?
 
I'll have the points up soon. I'm not sure if I can make it this weekend. Lancer will host if I can't make it.
 
If I have to host, the race may have to be pushed back 30 minutes or so. I'm on standby for a 1 hour Le Mans race that would end right around race time.
 
I should be there this weekend as long as that whole work thing doesn't get in the way. 👍

What's your name? Once I stop hurting (Just got my wisdom teeth out today) I'd love to race with you!

Also, I may not make this race this week, as I said, my wisdom teeth just got cut out, and I'm hurting xD The pain pills help SOOOO much! But, I don't think I will race this week.
 
Made some adjustments to my last tune I posted [post=7809618]HERE[/post]

Ride Height -20/-20
Front Camber 2.5
Rear Aero 28

Felt fine in most corners but the hairpin is still a struggle. Best lap was a 1:34.8 with steady low to mid 35's. But you have to be kissing the guardrails or just about to get a good time here. Probably catch up to you eventually:drool:
 
I'm thinking that everything will be pushed back half an hour if I have to host.
 
That may help...I am swamped already with work and the odds are decreasing that I'll make it but I"m trying..:)

LancerEvo will host the room today. I can't make it because I am at work. The race will start a little late because Evo has another race going on. I will update the points asap.
 
If you're watching Lancer, can you give us an idea of when you'll likely be starting? I can wait a while but not much past 4:00...start time that is...
 
Lancer said somewhere around 3:30 Eastern if I'm not mistaken.

I expect it'll be all Miata's in the front here, barring major errors, the FF's just aren't maneuverable enough and don't have near the grip of the Mazda. Major errors at Madrid tend to collect a lot of innocent parties. I wish I saved the replay, I think Lancer was there for this, we had an incredible 9 car pileup in the tiny Cappuccino RM in the first hairpin while running on the small version of Madrid. Best calamity I've ever seen on GT5...lol.

EDIT: I'm going to open a race lobby in the Open Lobby section..I'll post it as soon as I'm in..trying to get a head start here...Come join me if you are racing...
