The only time I use the "meh" option, is when the car being polled doesn't elicit a reaction from me. For example, someone nominates an ordinary everyday car like say a VW Jetta or Nissan Maxima. I see those pretty much every day, and as such, have no real feelings of "cool" or "uncool" (with some exceptions). They're just vanilla cars to me. I can certainly see why someone would immediately go to uncool if they find it to be a vanilla car. To me, just because it's a vanilla car, doesn't mean it's uncool. It's simply someone's mode of transportation. No "super state-of-the-art cultural icon" or "oh I'm making a statement" car. Just someone's way to get from A to B.
Now, if the car is something that elicits a reaction, either because of the typical owner of the particular car, or by virtue that you don't see one every day, that's when the "meh" option is off limits to me. Unless you live in a place where high-end supercars are commonplace (which aren't a lot of places on Earth, if any), I cannot see someone saying "meh" to a Ferrari.
Anyway, on the car at hand, it looks rather goofy, and I haven't really been a fan of the 50's style two-tone. To be honest, this looks like a car that Pee Wee Herman would get his hands on if he ever decided to get a car.
Uncool.
