The fleet car of choice for the businessman who doesn't want something from the Germans. Perfectly competent, yet oh so dull.

Uncool.

Great car, rock solid. Nothing cool about it though; not a BTC.

Uncool

Uuuughghhh the wagon v ersion -which we never had and looks so awesome- almost pushed me to give it a cool.

But no.

If I lived outside the US this would be uncool, but since I do live in the US I find it to be a cool car. I've always thought they could look rather nice and looking at it from the perspective of an American, it just has a whiff of coolness about it.

The Common '00s Repmobile. A far from endangered species that until recently held the award for 'Best-looking European Ford Flagship Since the Mk1 Scorpio'.

Respectable, sure. But incredibly generic. Uncool.

How is the Focus relevant?

ZX4 Focus, or Mk3 Mondeo that Ford washed at 90 degrees?

The Mondeo looks a lot larger to me, even at that angle. Also the lower grill is completely different.

I think the Americans were @The87Dodge was saying that the Mondeo under discussion was sold as the Focus in the US.

Not sure if that's correct though, they're easily confused in some front views, especially this particular year range.

EDIT: I'm reliably assured that UK Mondeo <> US Focus, sorted :D
