No. However, the way he talked about them made me think that he had, or that he was being very confident in his views. I have driven a Charger SRT8, which is quite similar, but I've not driven either 300.Have you?

Since when was that important?Have you?

Not when the person he was responding to asked the same question of another user after saying such an informational nugget as this:When the person he was responding to asked the same question of another user. Other than that never.
The second gen is even worse, actually. It's just as gaudy, poorly built, and unreliable, but doesn't have a Mercedes Benz chassis like this does.

You can absolutely query whether someone has firsthand experience with a topic you're debating if they say something you deem truly (truly, truly) outrageous; but it gets pretty murky when the only reason you're doing so is because you can't believe that someone would claim anything than what goes against the obviously-secondhand information that fuels your confirmation bias.
I think I previously stated that I was going off of reviews I'd read by professional car reviewers. And I have driven that chassis, albeit not extensively.
It means Beeblebrox's comments about the quality of Chrysler cars following the FIAT buyout vs. their cars under the later years of Mercedes aren't a result of any actual experience with either product; and instead come from rather... selective secondhand sources. Also what is this underlined part going on about?

I'd like to note that I drove a current gen Charger SRT8 which is basically the same carIt means Beeblebrox's comments about the quality of Chrysler cars following the FIAT buyout vs. their cars under the later years of Mercedes aren't a result of any actual experience with either product; and instead come from rather... selective secondhand sources.
Before I even nominated this car, I honestly had never heard of people trying to pass these off as Bentleys. This thread is the first I've heard of it and it's news to me.
Except... over here, they put ludicrously sized rims... 24s and up. I don't know what rap video you saw with 20"s because they put big rims on cars.I'm guessing its an American thing. Here in the UK, the only really dodgy thing I've seen people do to these is try to emulate the cars from rap videos by shoving 20" chromies on them.
poor mans Bentley. Uncool.
I thought that was Jaguar?
