Dictionary definition of 'Meh'

Nothing particularly bad about it, but nothing particularly great either. Unremarkable yet capable enough.

I'm enjoying all these "Meh" votes for a bright red Spec.B Legacy. :D

It reflects how unless I'm doing something really stupid, my wagon is effectively invisible to speed traps and law enforcement. If I was still driving the BMW I'm sure I would have been pulled over at least once in the past three years.

I can't ever allow myself to put a Subaru as cool, they're driven by swarms of bellends (not all Subaru drivers are).

And as @Joey D said you can't expect something with the name 'Blitzen' to be cool.

Perfectly capable, and a bit different to the usual crop of saloons/sedans. That said, there's nothing particularly noteworthy about this compared to a regular 3.0 litre Legacy really. As a lot of people have said, the older Blitzen had way more going for it (although we'll have to see when its properly up for poll). Meh from me.

I like the Subaru Legacy, but I even have to admit that this isn't exactly the most appealing one. So yeah, meh.

Cool.

It looks pretty good for a car of this type, its quick, well built, great in the snow. A good car in every way.

The engine from this needs to be put in a BRZ. It's just a thing that needs to happen.

But this car? Not showy enough. It's a special edition Subaru made with help from Porsche. It should say "look at me". But because it doesn't, the driver has to say it. And that is never cool.

So for the Legacy... Liberty... Libercy? Legerty? Uncool.

But a BRZ 3.0R? That would be some seriously low Kelvinage.

Fixed.
The last thing the BRZ needs is a heavy but still underpowered engine.

No but for the whole extra weight of a relatively low power to weight and low specific output six pot it'd barely be worth it.

Yeah, probably wouldn't perform much better, but it would still be nice as an option. I think I'd buy it just for the sound.

Always thought Legacies were pretty nice cars.

Too bad this isn't a Legacy.

Meh.

Don't get me wrong. I like the Legacy. But I also like the V6 Accord. And the V6 Mazda6. And the Altima. While the Legacy does get a nice bonus in terms of chassis balance, that's about it. I'm sure the Bilstein suspension makes it ride even better than the already very nice-riding Legacy. But I would much rather have a Mazdaspeed6.

Also... Porsche Design... makers of overpriced shoes and men's accessories. Poot.

@OriginalCheezIt -- It's been done. :)

The EZ30 weighs about 315lbs., similar to (or lighter than) an EJ turbo. I can't find a weight for the FA20, but even if it was 100lbs. lighter, the EZ30 at 241hp would make for a weight-to-power improvement of about two pounds per horsepower. Probably not worth the expense/effort just to run a stock EZ30 (unless you were replacing a blown up FA20 or something), but it does offer another 60lb.ft of peak torque at a lower RPM, an extra liter to work with for upgrades, and a nice sound.
