2012 Zagato BMW Z4 Coupé

I like BMW cars, so i have no doubt how well this car woyld drive: cool

But just because this Z4 has been specially redesigned by Zagato doesnt necessarilly means its beautiful, in fact i think this is one of the ugliest creations from Zagato...

I remember when BMW reveal this car, i quietly puked in my mouth...


I can see how it would be cool to drive/ own it because its unique...

But i dont like how the lines are so exagerated...

I should vote Meh, but i clicked on Uncool already...

IMHO i think Zagato made this car worse looking than the Z4 itself...

PS: i may have been a bit harsh on my design assessment of this car, it's not that bad. Especially in this color, i see a mini Viper. Not a bad thing, but still this concept need so more work...

Maybe that s why they never sold it.
 
Never been a fan of the Z4, but this one looks slightly better than the original.

Meh.
 
The front looks better than the standard Z4, the rear isn't. The roadster looks better by losing the double bubble roof. Meh.
 
Completely undecided.

Some of Zagato's work, of late, has struck me as rather ungainly... and while the rear end of this car looks absolutely fantastic (yeah... I like big butts), not even a Buckminster Fuller grille saves it from being an ungainly caricature of the standard car's front end... and I hate the fake side vent.

I wish BMW had simply updated the old front end for the facelift... those zany lines on the original Z4 were concept-car worthy.

I'm overly surprised on how many people think this car is ugly. I think it looks epic, and that's about as far as I can really comment on it. Maybe I'm just weird. The Roadster version is even nicer if you ask me.

In my opinion, one of the best looking cars to ever cradle a straight six between it's front wheel wells.

I'll take it in black, please.
 
Take the already melty blobby mess of contrasting design cues that is the current Z4.




Then make everything crazy razor sharp.

That just makes it look like a shrunken Viper; though better looking than the normal car.
 
I think I'll go with a high cool, it's close to sub-zero, but I don't know; there's just something keeping me from voting SZ on it.
 
One of the few current crop of BMWs that actually looks good and not over-designed. The proportions are perfect with this, which is rare for a Beemer these days. Cool.
