-"You spent how much cash on a Bruhvadah? What kind of car brand is that?"
-"No, you see, it's a Dodge Viper underneath but it's modified to look like a car from a videogame..."
-"So you're a car nut AND a video game geek?"

There. The typical conversation you would have with a female should you have this car. Seriously Uncool.

More like:
-''Hey, what car is that, looks and sounds really nice''
-''It's a car from a video game, I got it for free''
-''Wow!, that's cool''
-''Wanna try it out?''
-''Sure!''
-''Get ready this thing is fast!''

Or at least something like that. :p

No. Just no. Seriously uncool.

I'm gonna say uncool. While the Banshee is a pretty good looking car, I think it looked better as a Viper, and from that photo it looks like it was lazily done.

And then she crashes it (because, let's face it, most of us would as well...it's a damn Viper...) and then she gives you "I'm sorry" sex. Brilliant plan! :D

I'm sorry to inform you @CarBastard, but a large proportion of the world's female population do not work in that manner.

What?

Relax, I was trying to be slightly funny. I guess I failed then. In my first post in this thread you'll find a more serious opinion on the way in which a wide enough margin of the female population work...

It's cool, but not the "I wanna own one..." cool.

Although it seems like a good plan on paper, I doubt it'll work

just in case in my post the girl was in the passenger seat :p

Cool because 8.4L V10.

I don't understand the point of it, much like the full scale Camaro of a miniature HotWheels version of a Camaro - what on earth is the point?

The Bravado Banshee only exists to get around paying licensing fees for the real car, much like every car in Grand Theft Auto.

It's a marketing stunt at the end of the day but on nostalgia for the car alone it scrapes into a cool.

Same sentiment... except for the nostalgia giving it a cool. I'm old enough to remember when GTA cars were blocks of pixels viewed top-down on a computer screen. If the Banshee wasn't basically a generic, unlicensed copy of the Viper, maybe... but it's nowhere near the most original or appealing GTA car, so... seriously uncool.

So, it's a real car based on a fictional car that has styling cues inspired by real cars?

Uhhh...

I hold a lot of fond memories with this car, I've been playing GTA since GTA3 and sure that might not be as long as you but I don't see how that has any relevance?

As I said, it "scrapes" into a cool, as in only barely but it didn't feel right to give it a meh.

Lots of late nights faking sickies to play GTA when the Banshee was my favourite car - that's why I say for me at least this car gets a bit of a free ride on nostalgia alone. Otherwise I'd be with you and everyone else saying it's a seriously uncool car because it really is an uncool idea; I can't imagine explaining to another human being that the absurdly expensive car they've never heard of is "really just a Viper made to look like a car from a video game that's made to look like a Viper but can't due to legal reasons" ....

Meant to say: Yes, I'm a big GTA fan, but amongst the cars in the game, the Banshee doesn't hold any special significance for me.

I'm more particular to the Sentinel. Fast enough, and a lot tougher than the Banshee when you're stuck in a chase or mission.

If it was say, a Cartel Cruiser, I'd probably like it more.

They should have chose one of these instead.
