How do you judge us for points on the cards? Do I have to go to a lobby with you and you test me a few times, or do you need to know me for a while?

You basically have to be known to me and the other people who make up stats for a little while, how we rate cards is explained in the Op

Since Driver of the week is dead I came up with this idea: Driver of the event

This card can be requested by any host of any competition, series, fun event etc. To give credit to an exceptional performance although he or she did not get a winner card or a really close runner up to a championship title for example.
The stats are made up 100% independantly but will not be lower than the normal card stats
