Oh the Peugeot and C60? I'll update those tonight on my spreadsheet.

Can do a 6 race season and have GP/F and Suzuka.

Any idea on HP? I say MORE! 700ish. (700-720hp).

Moar power's good. So, 6 races seems cool. I've been having busy weekends so you guys can have the finale whenever, I have 0 points so it doesn't really matter.
 
Well in that case I would definitely put nurb in....
I would.drop ssr5 as it was a disaster for me..
And nurb wad great... I still think I would have won had quali not been ****.

Not only did I start 6th when I set the fastest lap... Jake then hit me into the gravel during the quali race

Exact same story for me. Came into this race with 1:44's doable, really thinking I could win. Couldn't set a good lap in time, tarted at the back, got hit into the dirt by jake at the Schumacher S. End of story.

Things like that, bk, is why I believe you should drop the qualifying race format. Accidents in it aren't stewarded at all, because the actual race follows shortly after. So, not accusing anyone here, drivers could drive dirty and not be hampered, and everyone else who are victims start a lot lower than they ought to.
 
It goes both ways... I've been a victim of the quali races and also have benefited.... so either way imo
 
Hang on Jamman is moving into the Audi R8 '05 after spending the entire of Season 4 explaining that he loves the 905 and wants to drive it with me?!!!! Well I hope that car is getting about 80-100k of ballast because Jamman spent all of this season talking about how great a car it is and that it is faster than the unballasted Bentley so being as Jamman, someone already fast, is going to be driving a very very fast car, it will need to get ballasted. And I am pretty sure that everyone will stand with me on this for the reasons I outlined.

So, is anyone up for either the 905 or the GT-ONE? MU? We were going to be a time but it fell through before the season. Should we correct the mistakes gone by? Either car? I can bring the setup to the table.

5 race is the limit. Season 4 was a disaster.

i postponed races mid season because some people didnt want to race the correct race cars.

6 races is fine,
we were at 680hp ......... but im always up for more testing of HP

Thats GT5' being silly, it happens. If there was no qualifying race though you would have been 6th on pace lap, which could have been worse.

As for the 905 I just found some flaws while testing it. Most noticeably it sucks at every track bar Le Mans. And on the 905 issue if your that desperate to drive it, I will drive it with you....

I can bring the setup to the table.

As long as that isn't revealed ;)

And I didn't say it should be ballasted because of you. I said it should be ballasted and leaving it unballasted would be unfair, but having you and the car unballasted would be even worse.

The word "if" implies I'm not sure yet of what your doing and need confirmation of whether your driving it and if you agree to the terms.

I thought you were on about ballast.

We will race next weekend at Spa in the 905. We will see how it does. I mean we know it will have no car advantage so we can test it fully in a pre-season which next Saturday is (I believe. If it isn't a Spa pre-season, then I am making one). It is such a delightful car. I reckon it would be so great over a longer race. We need to test. GT5 now?

OK. If we don't go in that I will be willing to go in the GT-one for my 4th straight season with you. Audi is the fastest but I doubt with only 3 spots I'll get a place in one.

Watching the Senna film now. Yes, I know, I still haven't watched it. Can't resist any longer now I have it on Blu-ray. I'll race later :)

Geez once again read the whole post! Mostly the start of the one with the tribute in ;)

What does "Race edit lol" have in connection to "Do you want to test?". I understand it means you are watching that now but that is three minutes. Are you going to be testing after watching that?
 
I thought the 905 generally sucked as Seb could barely get into the 1:10's at SSR5 with it I think compared to the Gt-One in high 1:09's.

The first weather testing lobby is open. Please join. I was going to say that so far it is looking really promising since I have got to 6 minutes of the total lobby time and no rain so much better than before. But it seems the track has a massive cloud over the whole circuit. But it is just a cloud (albeit one covering the entire of Le Mans). Please join and drive around. Anything can happen. And I will be running this exact test at least twice (loby open at Le Mans. 0% weather and surface water. 10 changeability) and if that is inconclusive, then a third time. Then I will draw my conclusions.


Although every time we race, the start setting should definately be 0% surface water and 0% weather. Then changeability is what me and my committee are testing to find out the best setting.
 
Spec 2.0 Weather Test Report - First Test

It ha sjust reached roughly 18 minutes of track time and it has begun raining after 10 minutes of cloud. I will now monitor the track coniditions to see if it continues. If the weather surpasses 50%, I will finalise the test results as that is wet conditions and the next test will begin.
