Spa is fun, but it's far from 'easy'. Mike and I were in a japanese guys room last night. The Bentley as is hit 2:01s and 2:02s, the GTONE hit 2:00s and 2:01s. I took the ballast off the Bentley then it matched the Toyota. low 2:00s. The Audi R8 2001 did high 1:58s and low 1:59's! That car just sticks. I took the time to test these 3 but couldn't get clean laps with traffic and people running backwards. It was very late so I didn't run the others, but theres corners to catch you out, put a tire on the green 'turf' and you're looking at a spin.

They haven't, it was a Japanese room. Even though you haven't bought the DLC the track is already in the game because it was included in the Spec2 update. So you can just join others' rooms to drive there.

Anyway, I want to be able to drive it offline too, especially with the problems I have online in lobbies (for an unknown reason).
 
My lounge is set to default to Spa. Someone should try opening the room themselves and see if it opens up at Spa.
 
Spa is amazing guys, worth the purchase. The GT-One also feels great there, have to be a bit easy on the throttle in the low speed stuff, but otherwise, brilliant fun. My setup is too twitchy though, great for that rocketing fast 1 lap, but not so much otherwise, like for consistency. The LMP's tale Eau Rouge and Blachimont flat out. The astroturf gets annoying, but it's bearable. Online, you might have problems with people cutting some corners, that is, if penalties don't deal with it already, but it will be great fun to play. Overtaking opportunities as far as the eye can see.

Coming on now, everyone to golfer's room.

So pissed off about sebs league today... I got took out by a back marker when I was gonna win :(
 
Yeah Kart Space is epic. I'm going to run a 1 hour endurance race there this Sunday or the one after. 120 laps. At least two mandatory pit stops.
 
Sure TOM.... catching is one thing... passing is quite another. Bearing in mind i passed you twice tonight i feel proud :)
 
Both times I put up no fight as my tyres were slower lol. And that's what DRS if for. I certainly was faster then you though :p.
 
You have no evidence.. I set the fastest lap.for the race. I got pole and I was winning when some idiot hot me so I think the evidence is in my favour.

Oh and the reason I.was quick OS I had the same set up as.you for once which shows that a lot of your dominance on that game is set.up related

No you didn't, Will did. Plus options are a second faster so as I was only a few tenths down on prime, the evidence is in my favour lol.

EDIT: In the whole of that race, you had vastly superior tyres to mine till you quit. The fact I started at the back, got involved with serval spins from people behind and people crashing ahead, was a massive looser of SC and still won is enough. Besides, this is the wrong forum. :D
 
Fine will set the fastest time on.low fuel when I left...

Looking forward to shanghai with dans set up :)
