I'd hate to PM back and forth with eachother about what we as a group will base our judging on. It shouldn't be to difficult for us to find a way to all communicate together. A small AIM chatroom would do the trick. A Yahoo! room even would fair nicely. I think it'd be best to congregate once we find what the debate issues are at hand.

Any final word on who is coming up with the questions the teams will mass-debate over?

I don't have any instant messaging, so once we decide on which service we are using(AIM, etc.), I'll subscribe to one.
 
Can we not start on Wednesday? That's a busy day for me (School, Football game, homework.). Thursday sounds good to me, if at all possible (not saying we should conform this to fit for me, just putting in my 2 cents).
 
Wednesday isn't going to be ideal for me this week either but I don't think we're only going to get 1 day to form an argument. They'll take it into consideration that not everyone might be able to be online much on one chosen day.

Looks like Wednesday is a bad time for a lot of us. Duke, L4S, Machone, myself among others. So, what do you say Ultrabeat?
 
This seems like a great idea and, given that I'm incabable of expressing my opinion or holding a meaningful conversation, I'd like to be an Official Peanut Gallery Member.

Has anyone else noticed the high level of debate that is already going on in this very thread? Shocking.
 
Too bad Klos can't join the big huge party of Mass-Debation.

It also sucks that we couldn't get any female Mass-Debaters in here. A co-ed Mass-Debation party would be real interesting, with multiple techniques depending on the gender and all.

How does starting on wednesday, but being given 3 days to formulate an arguement sound?

If not, Thursday or Friday perhaps? Weekend start at latest, methinks.

I assumed you'd do that now, before the contest starts...

A good idea when you make your arguement might be to write some, pass it on. Write some more, pass it on.

Between your team, of course.
 
Hopefully Swift and FK have some sort of Instant Messaging communication. It'll take a huge load off of our shoulders waiting for each other to verify arguments.
