I know I am not the only one who has downloaded this already. After giving this a shot, a GTP member's screen name has placed first in the tuned 370z event.

GTP_drama-kyd. Congrats! I am 20 places behind you haha.

Currently @ 1'40.833 in the 370z Tuned Event.

My main account was created before I joined GTP, and GTP_TL is actually a subaccount of mine...if I theoretically place first in my country (hah!) then am I disqualified? If anyone knows how that works I would love to hear from you.

First lap with the stock 370Z, using Sixaxis, was 1'58-ish. Plenty of room for improvement too, since I didn't use my usual control scheme and transmission still set to auto. Will try again later today with G25 and MT. :)

I'm not using my GTP_ name cos it's registered to the wrong country, but I'm there as Imari-NZ.

Tuned - 1'38.244

Total - 3'29.028

Props to the GTPers stacking the top of the board, you guys are crazy fast.
 
1:53:77 on standard. ive only done a few laps so far. the car seems very temperamental. the tuned 370 seems a bit arcady does it not?

I wouldn't know. I can't stop spinning the damn thing for some reason...
 
So far I've only driven the Stock Z on N3's

2nd - 1'48.583 (lost a bit over a tenth in the last sector from stupid mistakes - banging off the rev limiter and tapping the wall :ouch:) Still lots of time to be had which I will try and achieve tommorow once the US TT is released 👍 I think my limit will be a very low 1'48, so hopefully I can go out there and achieve that or better.
 
Down to a 1'36.413 in the tuned car.

Noticed you could turn TCS off, as soon as I did I went nearly 0.4 faster. :)
 
How the hell did you break 1:37? Thats crazy. I'll admit my 1:39 is a sloppy run but I just can't see it being 3 seconds sloppy. Damn. Scratches head...

Have you turned off TCS? Makes a massive difference to exit speed.

A shame you can't turn it off in the stock car. :(
 
Yeah... I think. I will check tomorrow. I am entering T1 as fast as the top ghost (due to perfect straight entry and late braking plus cutting the first corner as tight as possible) but I loose TONS of time in the tight section and well all the other sections. Ugh. Maybe it is the TCS. Or maybe its 3am.
 
Something odd going on, I am now on a totally different leaderboard as others.

No Japanese anymore, Mad94d is off the board too, everyone is rather off pace and my old times (top 10 in both cars) are gone.... and now with almost no effort I get put on top of the board.


Also this wont update my times anymore, I have done much quicker

It's possible that there's different leaderboards for various regions. As they're coming online we're all getting shunted into more appropriate ones. Sucks that you can't see everyone at once though.
