I've noticed a couple errors in the GT300 points. Jammy is missing one point from Madrid (Race: 17, Total: 73) and Fish's Daytona points were placed in the Le Mans column. (His totals are correct though) These will be fixed for next week.

Jammy, I personally think you are an awesome racer (from the Le Mans Series) and I would love to see you compete in this series. Just thought I would chime in. 👍

Thx! It's just that this race time is so late in my time zone on sunday and i have to get work on monday morning. After longer race there's only few hours to sleep (if you fell a sleep soon after race but usually i think over and over again what happen during the race and get no sleep). Next race @Monza is not that long so that race i join you. Have to see what happen rest of the races.

Maybe sleeping before the race for a little will help, if you can drive immediately after waking. If that doesn't work you might be able to convince Lancer to push the race a little earlier.

Yeah the Sub in the wet was monster, proof by being 2nd in Q, my lap was less than perfect though had about 4-5 secs in it.

The reason you passed in lap 1 was due to a silly off which caused me damage. I could no longer hit bends with any confidence so basically limped round as fast as possible untill I changed to Inters.

(I then got damage again lol but this time it hindered me much less I evened it out thanks to my T.V trying to turn itself off..)

Was sad when you went to slicks too early, 50+% or something? I hoped on them the next lap while a little early, 45% and I had to deal with skating on the brakes and throttle for the first 3/4 of the lap but after that I had decent grip. Not to mention my Inters were not in great shape due to the damage so they'd most likely have burned up alot in that lap. I knew I had margin to play safe in that aspect rather than risk having no inters with a duffed car.. ;)

It was a good thing I went into cruise mode on the slicks as I only just made it on fuel . (Another 500-1000ms or so and I'm sure the fuel would have turned red..)

Edit: You might see me at Monza but it'll depend on if I'm up for a race, I have an 11am start that day and the day after. I will be at Knockhill for the BTCC during Fuji, I hope I can make Motegi though cause I LOVE Motegiiiiii. :D

@Paul:Wet surface was 56% when i went to RM's :(
I did watch replay so i know what happen during the race.

@Redbull: last sunday i did have other race before this one. Now next sunday i'll have no other race so it will help little.

My general take on weather is slicks 0-35%. (Depending on the grade of tyre, RS for e.g could go to 40% if hot without much trouble.) Inters 35-70% and wets 70-100% but you can change earlier without much problems. (Say it's gaining wetness and the race starts at 60% a safe bet would be wets.)

Thx! I wrote those %'s down to paper for me to remember them in next wet race.

He may have lied to throw off the strategy of those who copied him (lol) Not that he would do something like that though 👍 they sound pretty accurate...

I usually go slicks for 0-30%, inters from 30-65%, and rains from 65-100%.

We all have our own ideas and that's fine. :)

^Certainly, whatever works best for each person.

Numbers are pretty close though, that should help you trust it RB. :p

Nah. I will use my own system. Go until you wreck it, then pit. LOL not really...

I really appreciate the infos because 56% to go slicks was wrong for sure :)
Hopefully i get to test these @Monza.

I might make a test room sometime Saturday morning so it's US/Euro friendly if you would like to join in.

Thx, but i have two other race series that i practice saturday.

Yeah but SuperGT is #1  If you can't make it that's cool. Good luck in your other series races.

Depending on my shift on Monday after Knockhill I may actually race at Fuji, I may be a little tired after 7-8hours of BTCC action though! :sly:

Nice race today guys. Wish there were more of us there. Posted some pics to my GT profile, check them out if you get a chance. Racefan, I didn't get your message til after the race. Sorry about that. Nice win Kuanza and who the heck won GT300? I thought Jammy won.

I got Jammy by about half a car length at the line. We had an incredible race.

1st race in this series that went like a dream :)
No incident no mistake 👍
Drafting and bump drafting with Lancer whole race
I was really hoping to get some wet but whole time was dry weather (0%).

Now we know that Subaru and Autobacs are quite even specs when Autobacs have 70 kg added to ballast in highspeed track like Monza (in dry weather).

I'll run at least those Fuji (will be close one to join because i have other race before this one but i'll try to make it) & Motegi (btw which Motegi track?) races because they are short ones. Suzuka & Tokyo are still 50%/50% chance - we'll see.
My all hopes are @Suzuka weather race :)

@Lancer: How's the ballast in next race in GT300? Is there any point to add kg's to us? Ok may be only that 10kg to you (difference between 1st & 2nd).

If only we could have twice the drivers with racing like that. Monza was very enjoyable despite me hitting the barrier on lap 1 and almost crashing on the second lap. Other than that it was a Sunday drive until I caught up to Sass by not pitting.

EDIT: Sassafrass I looked at those pics you took and they are fabulous. I'm still learning the camera and stuff so mine aren't as good.
