About this week's cars, the Peugeot and Ford are both AWD...

If you were talking about RWD (so MR+FR+RR), problem is most race cars are RWD, it is easier to "push" than to "pull"...
So according to you what would be a proper combo car/track ? I'm open to any ideas...

I might not have the time to play + post before deadline so I'll post these two first just in case !
Peugeot 206 Rally Car '99 : 1'33.813
I'm a little bit desappointed by this time because I have several unclean laptimes under 1'33.5xx so I should be able to do better than that ! First split 0'24.420 whereas I usually have a 0'24.2xx and even saw 0'23.9xx twice, then second splits 0'53.071 whereas I usually have a 0'52.xxx... Well...) Here are my settings :
Aero Max/Max
Ride Height 0/0
Springs 2/2
Damper 8/8
Toe 0/0
Camber 0/0
(basically default setting for spring damper and all other set to 0)

Pretty happy with this one and I would like to work more with the Peugeot so...
1'32.xxx is definitely possible !

Wow congratulations easyasashii that's an amazing lap of 1'33.140 in the Focus. The best I can manage is a 133.545 with the following setup.
Aero 13/32
Ride Height -20/-20
Springs 8/8
Damper 8/8
Toe 0/+0.20
Camber 2.0/1.0
I am happy just to make it into the 133.xxx as I was sure the best I could manage before hitting my limit was a mid 1.44.xxx if I was lucky

So here is the results for this week :

Gold. easyasashii (19 + 12 = 31 pts)
Silver. Fuchur (19 + 10 = 29 pts)
Bronze. Lion-Face (24 + 0 = 24 pts)
DIV 2.
Gold.Frisbee(disqualified) Sylar (0 + 9 = 9 pts)
Silver. Detroitbb (18 + 8 = 26 pts)

Which gives us this new ranking :

Bronze. Sylar (9 pts) Promotted because Sylar's time -DIV 2 Gold- was better than Lion-Face's time -DIV 1 Bronze-.

This session will end when one of us reaches 48 points, which means that Lion-Face and Detroitbb will need at least 3 more weeks to do so (L-F : 24+9+12 = 45, Dbb : 26+9+12 = 47)
whereas easyasashii and Fuchur can do it in only two weeks (I only need 17 pts -31+17=48- that is to say I only have to finish DIV 1 3rd twice -2x9pts- or even DIV 2 1st twice -2x9pts- to have 18 pts and done...; Fuchur will only need 19 pts -29+19=48- that is to say he has to finish at least DIV1 2nd -1x10pts- and then DIV1 3rd -1x9pts- or DIV2 1st -1x9pts-).
But nothing is done because Lion-Face will come back and Sylar will be here too to mess things up !
Moreover I'll be out for one week 23rd to 30th July - one week seminar - so I'll have to run till Friday for Week 10 then wait till Friday 30th to be able to start running for Week 11 and run for 3 days !!!

Even though its a bit late i thought id add my $0.02's worth
lion-face and Easyasashii , y'all are a pair of mutants how the F did you get such low times? incredible driving , props to the pair of you,
I would love to see your replays just to see the lines you took is this possible?
The best i could manage (clean lap) was a 1.36.15 with the focus and a low 1.37 with the peugeot 206.
This is on stock settings, i will try some more laps with the settings displayed by y'all.
Either way this is one tough track to get a clean lap, my best dirty lap is in the mid 1:34's with the ford and in the high 1:34's with the peugeot.
Any tips?

About how we did it : experience and lot of luck for me ! Personaly I've been running GTPSP every week since October and I played GT1 a lot, a little bit GT2 then nothing for 4-5 years but can't forget ! And I try to run at least an hour a day...
About watching our replays, if you have a EUR version of the game, you can download our replays, upload them in your psp and watch them as if they were your own !
