Did some more running last night and managed to improve Ford time by about 0.3 and Mitsubishi by about 0.1. However it doesn't feel like I can get much more out of the cars.

Ford - 1'25.064
Mitsubishi - 1'25.658

Can i please try out?

The more the merrier !!! Welcome !!!

I ran yesterday too but I'm already struggling...

Ford : 1'25.588
Mistu : 1'26.002

I tried lots of tuning but I really suck at it...

Good luck guys, this week is yours ;) !

I made some more adjustments to my setups and did a tiny bit better (again): 1'25.9xx with the Ford Focus and 1'26.2xx with the Mitsubishi Mirage.

I tweaked my Focus a little more and got a 1'25.558... things are getting tight!

Now I need the Mirage... Yeah, it's mine now.

1'26.2xx... gotta improve that a lot.

I spent more time on the focus and I found a far better tuning !

Ford focus 1'25.164 ! I can see a high 1'24 with this tuning, if I get lucky ;) !

Sylar, you're fast man !!!

Gotta work on the Mitsubishi...

Good luck guys !

:gtpflag:

I'm personally sucking with the Mitsu, improving my previous laptime by only 0.017 seconds :) in the last 20-30 turns. Can't find the right setup... I think I'll go back to the Focus for a little while.

New times:

Ford - 1'25.201
Mitsubishi - 1'25.819

My setup for the Mitsu isn't that good. I'm finding a decent tune for it.

Millisecond by millisecond!

After approximately 30 laps with every cars my times are :

1'24.872 with the ford

1'25.302 with the Mitsu

It's gona be hard for me to improve more than hundredth of second with both cars.

Great job PiTch_ !!! 👍

30 laps with the Mitsu with no success, tried new driving for first corner, a little bit better ! I'll try again tomorrow with this new line !

Mistu : 1'25.664

Good luck

Ok ! That's it for me, I don't think I can go faster than that and I can't find better tuning ! But I'm pleased with these times so here is my submission :

Ford Focus ST170 '03 : 1'25.009

Mitsubishi Mirage Cyborg ZR '97 : 1'25.664

Total : 2'50.673

Good luck and see you at Sylar's Challenge !

I'm a bit sad that I didn't have much time to run laps and tune the cars better. My son and his mother had a major fight and he's now living with me for the time being. Needless to say, I was a bit distracted and couldn't put forth the effort that I'd like to... but things have calmed down a little and I'm eager to do better for the next challenge!

Ford Focus: 1'25.323

Mitsubishi Mirage: 1'25.906

combined time: 2'51.229

Thanks to Dan for the cars and photos!

:)

See everyone at Grand Valley for Sylar's challenge!

Just got home from a weekend trip, I will post my best times tomorrow, even if they suck :P Haven't had much time to improve these days, but I'll try again with the next TAC...

^ Good luck ! And please remember to post before deadline ;) !

My son and his mother had a major fight and he's now living with me for the time being.

Sorry to hear your son had a fight with his mother... However, if he's living with you and you both have more time to spend together, that's excellent news !!! I missed my dad when I was young... So, spend all the time you can with him now ;) !

Hi guys!!
An interesting week!!I have driven the Mirage for 5 days and 1 day for the Focus.I didn't get the chance to break the 1'25.xxx barrier "cleanly" as all of you guys did, but I had much improved on steering now. As I see it, I took a slightly different driving line for the Mirage compared to the Focus and kept chasing the Focus' ghost for days. So here's the results.
:)

My submission this week:

WTAC Week 26
High Speed Ring / Reverse
Professional
S2 / S2

Ford Focus ST170 '03

This challenge saw Pitch snag first place for the second week in a row... and we also witnessed Dan and Sylar switch places in the overall leaderboard due to Sylar's strong 2nd place finish. Easyasashii rounded out the podium finishers edging Dan in his challenge by a measly .247 seconds.

As I mentioned earlier, the only changes in the overall standings were between 3rd and 4th place. Three little points separates 2nd through 4th positions!
